This pivotal role empowers you to leverage data-driven insights to propel our global eCommerce business to new heights.Primary Responsibilities:As a Senior Specialist, you'll be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that enhance key performance indicators such as conversion rate, average order value, and bounce rate. Your responsibilities include:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare and analyze reports for weekly eCommerce performance meetings and quarterly business reviews.Working closely with analysts to develop custom reporting and automation solutions.Leading special projects focused on improving performance, conversion, and profitability.Conducting in-depth analysis of market trends, vendor evaluation, and cost-benefit assessments for new initiatives.Driving the creation of new business cases and digital roadmaps for our global e-commerce team.Main Point of Contact:You will serve as the primary liaison between the global eCommerce team and key stakeholders, including Global eCommerce Solutions (GES) and MACH. Your responsibilities in this capacity include:Leading ideation sessions and identifying areas for improvement or innovation.Quantifying the impact of requests and prioritizing them for implementation.Participating in refinement calls and ensuring effective communication across the team.Conducting monthly P&L reviews and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.What We're Looking For:Ideally, you bring over 5 years of experience in roles involving analytics, finance, or e-commerce operations.Proficiency in analyzing P&L statements and financial data is essential.Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, and SAP is advantageous.Strong Excel skills are a must.You're a proactive self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Collaboration and flexibility are integral to your work style. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other European languages is beneficial.Understanding of EMEA laws, policies, and operations is advantageous.We are looking for people who embody our core values; Authenticity, we are all in with our unique selves.
