As a member of the Enterprise Architecture team, you will be one of our System Architects deployed in our global client lifecycle management release train, which has the mission to modernize and replace our client lifecycle management systems. You will work closely with the Domain Architect, Release Train Engineer, other system architects, and SCRUM teams to drive the delivery of the roadmap for the journey ahead, to enable further digital services and offerings to our clients.YOUR CHALLENGEYou define and communicate the technical and architectural vision, define the architectural runway, and define guardrails for the SCRUM teams in your Agile Release TrainYou partner with your business peers and develop together a vision, business models and key capabilities in the context of the Client and Partner domainYou understand the trends and drivers in the financial industry, markets & technology and propose innovative and sound solutions to your business partnerYou help business leaders and their teams to understand the potential options, their implications on business, operational setup & technology, and support their investment decisionsYou are a change agent who drives the evolution of the capabilities & products in close collaboration with business stakeholders and assure its implementationYou facilitate the digital transformation and roll out of global solutions finding the right balance on scalability and local adoptionYou connect the dots by having a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and technology assets and translate business requirements into solutionsYou have an oversight of development activities in your area and ensure that they are compliant with architectural standards, policies, and guidelinesYOUR PROFILEAt least three years of experience in an architectural role within financial industry or consulting with banking / insurance focusVery good understanding of micro service architectures, preferably with past responsibility for architecture and design in a previous projectAt least three years of experience as web application software developer (e.g. Java, .Net, Java Script, React, Angular, relational databases)Good understanding of Kubernetes and other cloud technologiesSound understanding of client lifecycle management (client on-boarding, KYC profiles) in the context of an international wealth management companyKnowledge and curiosity in current technologies, IT Trends, and financial market developmentsStrong personal drive with good organizational skillsStrong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at various locations (Switzerland, Singapore, and Luxembourg)Experience with agile projects/programs (SAFe certification is an advantage)We arelooking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
