SUMMARYWe are looking for a talented and experienced Sales or
Marketing professional with demonstrated training experience and/or
capabilities to join our global team for this European role, reporting
back to the Global Training Leader. This position can be based
anywhere across the United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Spain or
Switzerland.As a TASKI Training Manager, you will be responsible for
training TASKI Sales, BDM and Technical Service teams on our TASKI
product offerings, the specifications of each machine and innovations.
You will be expected to provide customer solutions across different
business units within Solenis, highlighting the various offerings in
place. Due to the nature of the position we are ideally seeking
someone with prior experience working with similar products (i.e.
floor-care equipment), but this is not a hard requirement. You will be
training diverse employees in Europe to create a common understanding
and information sharing for the TASKI brand, and for this reason
travelling will be expected across the continent 60/70% of the
time.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Become the subject matter expert for all
TASKI different solution offerings, including the different financial
packages. Organize yearly training schedules and train TASKI employees
on different products, sales value propositions and spare parts’
specifications and conduct a final quick evaluation to assure training
program effectiveness.Lead “TASKI Train the Trainers” in different
locations and facilitate datasheets and manuals for their
guidance.Provide continuous feedback to the contact manager to update
material with new innovations, machine models, spare parts related to
TASKI and remain up to date on developments within the industry and
competitors.Search for gaps in training content and materials that
need updating to generate higher productivity and safety among
staff.Collect information from senior management and other departments
regarding how well employees retain information and use the concepts
learned in training courses.QUALIFICATIONS:University degree in
Engineering, Business or related area required.7+ years of Sales,
Marketing, or Training experience. Experience with floor-care
equipment will be considered a plus.Demonstrated trainer
capabilities.Proven ability to influence diverse, cross-functional
teams.Strong presentation and communication skills.Positive attitude,
strong work ethic, and passion for transferring knowledge and
know-how.Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of additional
European languages will be considered positively.60-70% travelling is
