As a Team Collaboration Manager you will be responsible for supporting high quality interaction and communication between own department and key stakeholders.Key responsibilities for this role include:Supporting and working closely together with the Head of Performance Management and Forecasting and GKB ManagementActing frequently as the interface between line manager and the stakeholders also by ensuring that critical information is shared with respective team-membersDriving initiatives to strengthen the team and taking responsibility for building partnerships with the stakeholdersDeveloping schedules designed to meet necessary deadlines, communicate with direct team-members as well as cross functional teamsSupervising stages of various projects, initiating new workflows, taking accountability for resultsInvolved in the yearly P & L Budget Analysis ProcessOrganizing team-meetings and workshopsThe minimum qualifications for this role are:Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing, Marketing, International management, International business or equivalentSeveral years of experience in a similar role (International Marketing Coordinator, Project Manager or similar) ideally in the pharmaceutical industry; marketing and sales background preferredBeing able to organize successfully and work independently with good time management in a fast-moving environmentHas a good sense of prioritizing projects and analytical skillsProactive and communicative way of working; empathy and sensitivity for dealing with different culturesFluent English and good German knowledge (written and oral)At Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others. Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
