To start your talent journey with us, apply now as:The Team Leader Process Engineering and Laboratory will lead a team of 14 engineers and laboratory specialists. The position holder will be responsible for the definition, introduction and continuous improvement of engine piece part repair processes, such as Cleaning, Thermal Spraying, Plating, NDT, Shot Peening, Welding, Brazing, Painting etc. Furthermore, you will be making sure that laboratory services for chemical and physical analysis are delivered consistently at the highest standards. The team acts as a technical and procedural support to both operational and administrative organization, it proposes process improvements and accompanies their implementation in close collaboration with Shop Floor Operations.
