responsible for our Gastrointestinal portfolio, that includes
innovative products aimed, also with the help of Artificial
Intelligence, at helping support the activity of our partners and
clients, as well as improving patient experience. In this sales role,
you will be committed to the South-Western region of Switzerland that
allows you to work often from home, but primarily at the customer
offices for product trainings and demonstrations and from time to time
with mandatory presences at the Medtronic office on an ad hoc basis.A
Day in the Life• Provide application consulting and surgical
support to doctors and healthcare professionals• Run training
courses, product presentations and practice-orientated training for
doctors and nursing staff• Meet quantitative and qualitative
targets, on a both quarterly, and annual basis• Monitor and manage
sales results• Prepare plans and presentations for workshops,
symposia and training events• Complete market and competitor
monitoring initiatives• Participate in exhibitions and congresses•
Acquire knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the esophagus and
gastrointestinal tractMust Haves• Completed training or studies in
business administration, medicine or medical technology• Experience
in strategic sales and project management• Solid sales experience
within the medical technology industry, preferably in the hospital
environment• Fluency in German ,English and French• Excellent
communication• Excellent presentation skillsNice to Haves• Sales
background with economic understanding• Experience with
gastroenterology/endoscopy/hepatology/visceral surgery products•
Experience with a large corporation with matrix structures and an
international environment• Capability to work in a team and fluency
