Looking for career opportunities within a midsized boutique organization?Join Our Client!Our Client is a midsized boutique organization specialized in fiduciary services,administration and other financial services on behalf of multinational companies, private equity and real estate firms, private investors and/or their advisors.A vacancy has arisen within their office in the vicinity of Zug and they are looking for a talented, motivated, social and pro-active Trust Administrative AssistantJob DescriptionThe Trust Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Trust Team in servicing accounts and the handling of the day-to-day administrative operations. The Trust Administrative Assistant will establish and maintain effective client communication and relationship management and will take care of client account payments.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintains client contact and communication to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.Performs account administrative functions and customer service requirements (such as new/closed account administration, asset collection, estate settlement, real estate, and personal property) under law, regulation, policies and governing agreements.Develops and maintains new and existing client relationships both internally and externally.Performs and oversees the continuance of the trust filing/administration.Assists other team members to ensure needs of customers are being met.Attends educational training.Performs other operational duties as assigned by management.Education & Work Experience Requirements:A Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required; and at least one year working in a Trust department is preferred.Handle administrative aspects of bank accounts performing payments.Take care of filing of agreements/bank statements, correspondence and otherdocuments and maintain organized administrative files.Keep client data and the client database up to date.Keep records per account of own worked hours.Adherence to procedures.Accurate, precise and able to meet tight deadlines.Able to work both independently and as part of a team.Job Requirements:A Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred; and at least one year working in a Trust department is preferred.Good communication skills coupled with the ability to liaise with peopleinternationally, through spoken and written channels and at all levels.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German important, Dutch/Spanish or Russian is a bonus though not obligatory just nice to have.LocationVicinity of Zug Switzerland
