Urgent - Supplier Support Manager - high tech products - Swiss MedTech - permanent contractLocated in Switzerland's Northwest while still in the German speaking area, our client is a developer and manufacturer of high tech Medical Device products, related to self medication, and also working in collaboration with the Pharma industry. Currently in a strong growth phase, they are looking for a Supplier Support Engineer and Manager to support their suppliers worldwide. With digitization and Cybersecurity being high relevance topics these days, so is the need to develop this side of the Business. This will be a strong growth area for the company.The essentials:Confident communicating in German and English Ideally several years of hands on QA experience in the Medical Devices industry and using ISO 13485 (ISO 9001 also acceptable) Experience in the qualification (development) of IT service providers, cloud service providers or software developers, globally, and with Audit (management) experience on top of thatFirst point of contact for Supplier related quality problems, creation of external deviation reports, problem resolutionAble to work autonomously to create and implement new processes (external process validation) in cooperation with strategic purchasing As such this could suit both Quality Engineers and managers with Supplier quality expertise, and with a background in Medical Devices or IT. The role is urgent with interviews arranged at short notice.
