recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst (SFA). This role will be based
in Zug, Switzerland.Transforming the world's vision, Johnson & Johnson
Vision Care manufactures ACUVUE brand contact lenses - the world's
first soft disposable contact lens. Headquartered in Jacksonville,
Florida, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is a worldwide company with
operations in the United States, Japan, Latin America, Asia-Pacific
and Europe/Middle East/Africa regions.As a Senior Finance Analyst,
you'll be at the helm of global financial strategies, collaborating
closely with regional teams, Global FP&A, and Global Tax Planning.
Your insights and analyses will be pivotal in steering our financial
decisions and driving growth.Key ResponsibilitiesThe core
responsibilities of the role include:Lead the Vision Care Addback
Process, providing crucial insights and end-to-end visibility into
Gross Profit. Your business partnering with local BUF and the global
FP&A team will be instrumental in shaping our global average
manufacturing standards. Take charge of the Principal P&L,
influencing forecasting, reporting, and PII (Profit in Inventory)
calculations through detailed analytics. Develop expert knowledge on
foreign currency movements and intercompany royalties.Deliver in-depth
Addback and AGP reports to our senior leadership, providing them with
nuanced and actionable financial insights that drive strategic
decision-making and foster a comprehensive understanding of our global
financial landscape.Drive automation in our financial environment,
enhancing visibility and insights through cutting-edge data
visualization tools like TableauLead the yearly ICP setting exercise,
ensuring adherence to Transfer Pricing principles and promoting a
robust compliance environment within the SOX and J&J WWP framework. Ad
hoc analytics supporting business development and projectsFinally, the
SFA should continuously challenge the status quo, actively looking for
process improvements and simplifications. QualificationsGlobal
Collaboration: Excellent communication and business partnering skills
in a matrixed organization are essential.Analytical Prowess: Strong
technical skills and a knack for advanced analytics tools will set you
apart.ERP Proficiency: Experience with J&J ERP and reporting systems
(SAP, BI, TM1) is highly valued.Continuous Improvement: An eye for
detail and a proactive mindset towards process enhancement are
crucial.Experience: 3+ years in finance/accounting with a Bachelor
