productivity.We have an opportunity for a Waste coordinator to join
our Waste, Cleaning and Clothes team responsible to manage all
processes related to waste management of CH facilities, including
normal, confidential, and hazardous waste. In addition, you will be
the company representative towards external stakeholders and
authorities in the domain of waste management.Your responsibilities:•
Ensure that a waste management program is in force, deployed and
applied for all types of waste.• Create, maintain, optimize, and
ensure application of processes related to standard, confidential and
hazardous waste collection, storage, transportation, and treatment.•
Ensure that OMoD and ADR standards are deployed, respected and
controlled across all waste management activities.• Develop and deploy
waste reduction initiatives to align with company commitment in terms
of sustainability• Raise awareness on waste management topic within
the company through campaigns, expositions, trainings, and
presentations.• Ensure a presence at the specific collection and
storage areas at opening hours and ensure that hazardous waste is
correctly stored.• Be the representative for the waste management
domain during internal and external audits.• Provide expertise and
solutions in terms of waste management and treatment for all Swiss
based entities including specific needs such as smoke-free products
collection, storage and elimination.• Handle third party vendor for
the delivery of the activities requested.We’re looking for someone
with:• Higher degree in Chemistry.• Previous experience in waste
management within an international environment.• Environmental
expertise with experience in process creation and deployment related
to waste management.• Strong experience in managing third party
vendor.• Strong customer focus with a problem-solving mindset.•
Ability to deal with ambiguity coupled with analytical skills.• Fluent
in English and French.Please note that this position can be at 80% or
