instrumental in realizing that ambition. This position leads the
development and execution of marketing strategies for the AA portfolio
in the Alpine region to HCP customers, patients and, where appropriate
to the end consumer. Allergan’s aesthetic portfolio includes
market leading botulinum toxin (Botox), a range of premium facial
fillers, and a revolutionary medical device for fat reduction
(Coolsculpting), as well as a pipeline of further innovative aesthetic
products. The portfolio includes prescription only medicines, as well
as medical devices and capital equipment. The Marketing Lead will
lead a team to develop and execute marketing programs to support
brand, customer, patient and consumer awareness across all digital and
non-digital channels, whilst abiding by the relevant codes of conduct.
About the roleThe programme of Allergan Medical Institute is designed
to provide solid medical & scientific support, knowledge, and
education to external stakeholders with regards to the application and
use of Allergan Aesthetics products. The Medical Education Manager
reports to the AMI Lead Alpine and supports in the strategic &
operational development and implementation of the Allergan Medical
Institute (AMI) education programme/curriculum for the Alpine region
(Switzerland & Austria) in the field of medical aesthetics. The aim is
to enable scientific exchange and deliver training formats to support
and improve the knowledge and skills of users (HCPs).Key
responsibilities· Develop and be accountable for the
implementation of a strategic workshop and event plan, based on own
experience, which is optimally aligned with customer needs and defines
clear success factors (KPIs). · Coordination and optimized
scheduling of AMI faculty and KOLs (Alpine region) to ensure
successful implementation of the event plan. · Responsibility
for the organization and execution of local clinical workshops and
trainings (based on the strategic event plan), including support,
coordination of logistics, attendance, technical implementation and
follow-up in coordination with the AMI Admin (SPC). · Management
of local workshops, briefings with trainers and defining course
content based on participants' needs: Coordinate with AMI Admin for
provision of all relevant materials (invitations, certificates, HCP
guide for patient models, training product orders, reconciliation of
documentation, etc.). · Support and independently lead the
management of the arrangement and delivery of AMI symposia, one-off
events, preceptorships and national events such as congresses and
symposia.· Coordinate contract management with KOLs, speakers
and event providers, taking into account the current legal situation
and codes, in cooperation with all relevant departments.·
Independently manage and engage in project collaboration with agencies
and service providers as well as internal stakeholders for strategic
professional development formats such as symposia and summits. ·
Review and revise international training & communication modules and
coordinate with internal stakeholders to adapt them to local standards
and needs by using Veeva Promomats. · Responsible for compliance
and monitoring of internal processes and their continuous improvement
in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Ensure adherence to the
event process and compliance with all internal and external relevant
regulations. · Plan-actual control, budget monitoring for
training-related expenses and KOL management as well as
cross-functional coordination (marketing) for the budget process.·
Monitoring of current compliance standards in coordination with the
cross-functional compliance team. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS·
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedicine, Life Science or business equivalent
areas· Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in a
similar position· Preference for experience within the Life
Sciences industry and with Key Opinion Leader management· Proven
track record in successfully organizing (national and international)
events, workshops etc. · Proven track record in project
management and implementation of small to medium size events ·
Advanced in Office365 and related programs, with solid experience in
Microsoft Excel. Experience with process automation is a plus. ·
Fluent command of the English and German language. French is an
additional benefit. SKILLS· High level of commitment and
