are looking for a Visual Merchandising Creative Designer to join our
International Visual Merchandising Team (Animations & Events /
Permanent experience & navigation in-store) for
L’Occitane-en-Provence. You will be based in our Headquarters (Geneva)
and report directly to the Global Artistic Director Design &
Architecture.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:Store Animations & Events:You
design store animations for the brand campaigns and product launches
following the marketing calendar, in line with the brand strategy and
budgets (Store animations: Window / Merchandising table / Permanent
Kit / Backwalls and specific supports)You manage projects from the
brief to the execution: you create, sketch, render, test, prototype
and communicate to deliver creative and technical design packages to
international markets and countriesYou collaborate with an
international creative VM community and also with the different
stakeholders working on the project (ex: Communication / Graphic /
Packaging / PR)You are in charge of the design of the Pop Ups and
Concept Stores. In addition, you challenge new ideas to improve the
customer experience (services, digital experience, testing &
merchandising)You create visual presentations to highlight your work
and your creative ideas (Indesign Software, PPT)You are able to
produce visual printing artworks for the campaign animations (Indesign
and Illustrator Software)HOW YOU CAN FIT:Graduated from a Visual
Merchandising or Store Design school+4 years of experience in VM
Animations & Events within the retail industry & ideally in the luxury
sectorFluent in English & conversational in FrenchStrong knowledge of
3D design, and technical conception (SketchUP, SketchUp Layout,
AutoCAD) and 3D rendering (Keyshot & V-ray), also in Adobe Creative
Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)Ability to collaborate with
different stakeholders (creative & non-creative teams) Ability to
defend creative ideas and to convince with your 360 approach of the
brandYou have an entrepreneurial mindset & you are team-spirit
orientedExcellent organizational skills & ability to deal with
ambiguityCurious and aware of the new trends in retail design, digital
