For our client, a company in the IT industry, we are looking for a Cisco WLAN Engineer for a permanent role.
Place of work: Reinach (BL) and Schönbühl (BE)
Your responsibilities:
- You develop, configure and operate modern Cisco Enterprise network solutions with a focus on WLAN and Catalyst Center.
- You support our support teams with your in-depth technical know-how
- You work closely with the sales team and contribute your expertise to the preparation of offers
- You develop and present technical solution concepts for our customers
- You carry out error analyses and troubleshooting at customers' sites
- You create Statements of Work ( SoW) for our projects
- You will be on call for approximately 3 weeks per year
Your qualifications:
- You have a solid education in computer science
- You are passionate about Cisco technologies , ideally you have a CCNP certification (WLAN or R&S)
- You have in-depth knowledge of Cisco WLAN and Catalyst Center , or are interested in deepening your knowledge
- Knowledge in IT security (e.g. F5, Check Point, Fortinet) is a plus
- You value targeted training and personal development
- You are a team player with initiative and a strong customer focus
- You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even in complex projects
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies – you are willing to learn and curious
- You understand Swiss German, communicate confidently in German (C1/C2) and have very good English skills
- You have a category B driving license and are mobile within German-speaking Switzerland

Vos responsabilités

- Étudier les impacts des changements et créer les change requests associés
- Fournir un support de niveau 2/3 en cas d'incident ou de problème
- Rédiger et maintenir à jour la documentation technique
- Participer à des projets d'automatisation et d'industrialisation (Ansible, Python)
- Coordonner les interventions avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs

This is your chance to help manage the server backend systems in two data centers and the hybrid cloud infrastructure for approximately 10,000 users working at over 100 locations in Europe.
Our client is looking for an exceptional Network Engineer to help with installation, management and operation of the Europe-wide network infrastructure. You will be an expert in security solutions, such as Cisco ISE, NAC, WebProxy, have excellent Cisco Meraki, Cisco Classic and Nexus, as well as strong knowledge of Fortinet products, namely perimeter, VPN, data center firewalls. Experience with wireless products and scripting languages such as Python and Regex would be a big advantage.
