Role

As an Expert Engagement Manager you'll work directly with clients and take ownership of one-to-many collaborations with the purpose of creating significant value for our client.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and support the teams you work with
  • Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the client's needs
  • Contribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy
  • Focus on stakeholder management, including client care and team leadership
  • Overcome obstacles to unlock true business benefits and ROI for clients
  • Create and continually monitor value-based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI)
  • Drive and implement corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver a value-based solution
  • Manage delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization and internal KPIs
Own our clients' relationship
  • Interact with clients to cultivate strong partnerships, identify new value creation opportunities, and formulate innovative initiatives
  • Develop relationships with key individuals and assist in conceptualizing potential offerings for new clients
  • Start developing a diverse network of external contacts
Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Data Science, ML or Computer Science background is required
  • Strong track record of building client relationships with large organizations and growing the business
  • Extensive experience dealing with C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and in French and/or German; other languages are a plus

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years Project Management hands-on experience in managing and delivering enterprise level IT projects, with external customers or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage small to medium size projects including customer, partners and vendor management

· Main responsibilities include end-to-end handling of Client Offboarding, such as:
· Orchestration of all required activities with relevant internal partners, including cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and custody/account/relationship deactivation
· Collaboration with other teams, for example Asset Transfer Team, Front / Back Office
· Support of Front Office with certain responsibilities, such as client contact, product sales, mandate closures
· Managing standard operating procedures and working on process enhancements
· Identifying risk items and escalating them accordingly to senior management
**Your team**
You'll be working in the Client Offboading Team. Your team consolidates the end-to-end process of Offboardings for all Global Wealth Management clients. This opportunity is a start for further development and may be your chance for a professional career within.
**Your expertise**
· understanding of banking products, min. 6 months relevant banking experience
· language skills: good skills in English and German (written and oral). Other languages are an advantage
· commercial education/diploma or comparable education, higher graduation is an advantage
· excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· ability to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate high level of flexibility, positive attitude and result driven mindset
· 5 days Work from Office is a must
· demonstrate ability to deliver outputs with accuracy and high quality of service deliver
· curious, eager to learn and great with receiving and giving feedback
· demonstrate Flexibility to work and partner with different teams based on business requirements and change of work prioritization
