The Sales Engineers are Splunk's customer-facing technical account leader. + Ability to create, lead and evolve a customer technical account strategy, engaging an extended ecosystem of supporting resources to deliver the customer's expected business outcomes
+ Ability to establish trusted technical advisor status with your customers
+ Familiarity with programming and scripting (e.g. Python, Javascript, etc.)
+ Relevant software proven experience in the following: IT Operations/Solutions, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, business applications, and/or analytics.
+ First practical experience with public cloud infrastructure and understanding of cloud economics highly desirable (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
+ First experience of current infrastructure and application monitoring solutions in the industry, experience in the SIEM and Observability space is a must.
+ Experience in the security space like EDR, XDR, SOC, SOAR, ITOps is a plus
+ Experience in working with Austrian Enterprise customers is a plus

You will be an exepreinced engineer in the design and planning of transmission level onshore substations at voltages from 110kV to 400kV. This will cover the production of Substation primary layouts, primary equipment specifications, equipment rating calculations, busbar short circuit force calculations, earthing studies, impressed voltage calculations, production of material specification lists, fault calculations, P&C wiring diagrams, protection requirements and system modelling.

Your Role
- Write and improve shell scripts to optimize CI/CD processes
- Enable application deployments by checking and creating OpenShift scripts
- Maintain development tools (build tools, IDEs, containers, etc.)
- Support developers throughout the development cycle, ensuring best practices and documentation standards
- Tune and engineer tools such as Logs, ETL, API Management, and NoSQL databases
- Analyze and optimize application sizing

Your Profile
- University degree or equivalent qualification in IT or a completed technical apprenticeship
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a DevSecOps Engineer
- Practical experience with at least one CI/CD tool (ideally Azure DevOps ) and Kubernetes (preferably OpenShift), containerization, and shell scripting
- Development experience (Microsoft .NET is a plus) and knowledge of at least one of the following: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or any API Management tool
