- Carrying out routine analysis with a focus on ELISA and qPCR, in compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
- Method implementation, validation and method transfer
- Administrative activities, such as documenting the results and creating work instructions
- Support laboratory maintenance (responsibility for equipment) and ensure that the laboratory is clean and tidy
- Close cooperation with shift workers and apprentices
What we're looking for:
- Apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician, BTA or BSc in Biology
- First experience with ELISA is a must (experience with qPCR is a plus)
- Experience in the field of Quality Control and GMP is a plus
- You are independent, responsible and have a very precise way of working. You have good communication and teamwork skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration

- Präzise und GMP-konforme Dokumentation der Herstellprozesse
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften
- Fachgerechte Ausführung und Dokumentation von Reinigungsprozessen
- Erfassung und Meldung von Funktionsstörungen an Maschinen und Anlagen
- Identifizierung von Abweichungen sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von CAPA-Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Ursachen für Prozessprobleme
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pharma- oder Lebensmitteltechnologe (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbranche
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
- Selbständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben:
Teilnahme an den Herstellungsprozessen
· Ausführung sämtlich zugewiesener Tätigkeiten gemäß dem Produktionsplan und der gültigen GMP-, Arbeits-,
Betriebs-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsanweisungen und -richtlinien
· Rechtzeitige und fehlerfreie Überprüfung der Chargendokumentation (Teil der Produktion)
· Ordentliche und rechtzeitige Reinigung, Vorbereitung und Desinfektion der Produktionsanlagen und -räume
· Verantwortung für die Haushaltsführung des Produktionsbereichs (Reinigung, Ordnung, 5S, etc.)
· Einhaltung und Durchsetzen der Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltregeln und -richtlinien (HSE)
· Anwendung und Durchsetzen der aktuellen GMP-Regeln
· Probenahme, Aliquotierung, Verteilung und Durchführung von prozessbegleitenden Kontrollen
· Falls zutreffend, delegierte Umweltüberwachung für Reinräume und delegierte Probenahmen von Reinstwasser
und Reindampf durchführen
· Im Störfall sofortige Maßnahmen ergreifen, Auffälligkeiten an die Manager; Experten und operative
Qualitätssicherung melden
· Ausführung sämtlich zugewiesener Tätigkeiten gemäß den GMP-, Arbeitsschutz- und Umweltrichtlinien
· Sicherstellung/Überwachung einer ordnungsgemäßen Funktionstüchtigkeit der Anlagen, um frühzeitige
Anzeichen von Anomalien zu erkennen. Im Störfall geeignete Maßnahmen ergreifen.
· Exzellente Dokumentation der Maßnahmen, gemäß den GMP-Vorschriften
· Verwaltung der Verbrauchsmaterialversorgung, die für das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren des Betriebs
erforderlich ist (z. B. Filter, Harze, Anschlüsse, Beutel, Reagenzien, Gas, WCB usw.).
· Trennen und Entsorgen von Abfall, der im Rahmen der Produktionstätigkeit anfällt
· Tägliche Überprüfung von Produktionsanlagen, Hilfsgeräten und Räumen
· Klare und genau Dokumentation der notwendigen Anmerkungen in der Chargendokumentation
· Teilnahme an der Erstellung des Produktionsplans (Verzögerungen, falsche Dauer der Tätigkeiten usw. melden)
und diesen einhalten
· Engagement und Teilnahme an der betrieblichen Exzellenz und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
· Ordnungsgemäße Handhabung biologischer und chemischer Substanzen in der Produktion
· Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Analyse von Schwachstellen
· Teilnahme an sämtlichen funktionsrelevanten Schulungen und Aufrechterhalten eines erforderlichen
Schulungsstandes
· Weiterentwicklung und Pflege einer HSE-konformen Umgebung: Beinahe-Unfälle melden
· Falls erforderlich und falls zutreffend, gelegentlich an Wochenenden/Feiertagen arbeiten und planmäßigen
Bereitschaftsdienst haben (Schichtsystem).
