We are seeking a Director, IM Technology & Data Solutions to play a pivotal role in transforming our finance operations and enabling next-level digital innovation. This senior leadership role is integral to the Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation (IMFT) program, and you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions and data governance across our finance functions. As the Technology & Data Solutions Lead for integrated technologies, you will oversee and manage the implementation of technical solutions while ensuring that our data governance frameworks, digital transformation efforts, and analytical capabilities are aligned with business goals. You will drive the integration of solutions that enable data-driven decision-making, streamline operations, and enhance overall patient-centric value creation. **Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
**Technology Solutions:** Lead the development and integration of technical solutions that complement the finance transformation efforts and drive operational efficiency. Identify, evaluate, and manage the implementation of technology solutions (e.g., EXA, GVC, Signavio, AI, automation tools) to enhance finance processes, reporting, and decision-making capabilities. Ensure that new technical solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing infrastructure, collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external partners to ensure smooth deployment. Drive the evaluation and selection of third-party tools, platforms, and technologies that align with our finance transformation goals. Oversee ongoing enhancements and optimizations within the technology solutions (on top of S4 Hana) ecosystem, working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements. Be the guardian of achieving a high level of standardization in future E2E processes. Establish and lead a standardization board for the respective processes.
**IM S** **4 Hana Integration:** Ensure that all technical solutions integrate and align with the organization's S4 implementation strategy and business objectives. Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g., JJT, Accenture, technology partners) to ensure successful technological solutions deployment, from design to execution. Ensure all technology solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation program, optimizing finance operations across planning, execution, and reporting.
**Data Governance** . Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across finance systems, including non S4 Hana and other digital tools. Lead efforts to enhance data-driven decision-making, ensuring data quality and accuracy for effective financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of digital and data systems, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.
**Deployment & Change Management:** Lead the deployment of all technology solutions within the finance function, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business partners, to ensure smooth and successful deployment of new solutions, technologies, and processes. Drive change management initiatives, working with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new tools, systems, and processes across the organization. Develop and oversee training programs for teams to ensure they are equipped to effectively utilize new technologies and systems, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
**Qualifications & Experience Requirements**
+ 8-12 Years Work Experience in leading technology solutions within finance, including S4 Hana, data governance, and analytics.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Technology or Data Analytics) preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., S4 Hana certifications, data governance, project management) are highly desirable.
+ **S4 Hana Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of S4 Hana modules including capabilities and configuration, E2E processes, implementation best practices methodology, and integration strategies. with proven experience in managing large-scale deployments.

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

+ Ability to debug, optimize code, and to automate routine tasks.
+ Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems. SRE ensures that Google's services-both our internally critical and our externally-visible systems-have reliability, uptime appropriate to users' needs and a fast rate of improvement. Additionally SRE's will keep an ever-watchful eye on our systems capacity and performance.
Much of our software development focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure and eliminating work through automation. On the SRE team, you'll have the opportunity to manage the complex challenges of scale which are unique to Google, while using your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis and large-scale system design.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team and be responsible for products globally, providing technical leadership to key projects and empowering and developing teams to do the same.

  • Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) dans des rôles hybrides de type Product Owner / Business Analyst / Project Manager

  • Solide compréhension des systèmes d'information, API, intégrations et contraintes techniques

  • Bonne connaissance des métiers, idéalement dans la construction, le BTP ou le transport

  • Capacité à jouer le rôle de référent fonctionnel auprès des équipes

  • Aisance dans la collaboration avec les développeurs, les métiers et les partenaires externes

**The Position**
Roche is a global leader in diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. Our "Core Workflow - Research and Early Development (RED)" team drives innovation in lab automation and diagnostic workflows. We are currently looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer to join our interdisciplinary team and help shape next-generation solutions in diagnostics, automation, and AI.
**The Opportunity**
+ Develop, integrate, and maintain advanced software solutions to optimize diagnostic laboratory workflows
+ Actively contribute to the concept and development of innovative prototypes and software tools in the field of in vitro diagnostics (IVD). Build interactive user interfaces and data visualization tools for lab automation and system integration.
+ Implement and apply Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), to enable intelligent lab order mapping and data interpretation
+ Integrate simulation engines and AI modules to optimize lab design, planning and analysis
+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups (e.g. System Engineering, Data Science, UX and Clinical Research) to translate early-phase research ideas into robust, scalable, and user-friendly tools
+ Ensure highest standards in development workflows including documentation, testing, and regulatory alignment
**Who you are**
+ Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Medical Technology, Applied Physics
+ Mandatory: Solid experience in software engineering. Industry experience in the field of laboratory diagnostics (e.g. IVD system development, lab IT, lab automation, diagnostic data systems)
+ Proficiency in C#, Python, HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, AngularJS/Angular, CSS, SQL
+ Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM integration platforms; experience with simulation-based software is a plus
+ Strong ability for divergent thinking: you enjoy working in early-phase projects where ideas, requirements and potential solutions are still evolving
+ Open-minded, creative, global mindset, familiarity with Swiss and German workplace culture is an advantage
+ Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), proficiency in an Asian language (e.g. Korean) is a plus
