Du übernimmst die zentrale Rolle in der effizienten Abwicklung von Visual Merchandising Aufgaben: von Bestellungen und Materialbewirtschaftung bis hin zur Koordination mit internen und externen Partnern sorgst du für die termingerechte Umsetzung von spannenden Aufgaben im Visual Merchandising Bereich und stellst die Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben sicher.
Dein Aufgabengebiet:
- Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Visual Merchandising- und Store-Design-Massnahmen
- Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der termingerechten Materiallieferungen (POS/VKST)
- Einkauf und Bestellwesen für VKST- und POS-Mematerialien sowie Budgetabgleich
- Bestandskontrolle und Pflege der Material- und Datenbanken (Baupläne, Werbematerialien, Stammdaten)
- Strukturierung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von VM-Guidelines und Dokumentationen
- Verfassen und Begleiten von Rundschreiben an das Verkaufspersonal inkl. Grafikerstellung
- Schnittstelle und Koordination zu Filialen, Lieferanten und Lager
- Koordination mit Bau-, Marketing-, Einkaufs- und Verkaufsabteilung
- Überwachung von Terminen und Produktionen
- Planung und Controlling des VM-Budgets
- Unterstützung bei Projekten im Ladenbau und bei POS-Kampagnen
- Teilnahme an Verkaufs- und Marketingmeetings
Unsere Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Detailhandelsfachmann-/frau mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum Handels-/oder Bürofachdiplom
- 3 – 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, idealerweise in der Retailbranche
- Sehr gute Office365 Kenntnisse

**Let's Talk about the Role**
This will be a dual role leading both the store design for Timberland EMEA as well the creative environment from plan to execution.

You will contribute the development and execute against a cohesive retail marketing calendar that aligns with global brand priorities and regional objectives. This includes planning and rolling out seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments across all EMEA retail formats.
+ Building compelling consumer journeys through instore storytelling through one brand voice.
You will design and implement integrated consumer journeys that connect physical and digital touchpoints. From impactful window displays to in-store storytelling, you'll ensure that every interaction reinforces Timberland's brand values and deepens consumer connection.
+ Creating premium store environments through windows, POS and store design. You will oversee the adaptation of global creative concepts for EMEA retail landscape and lead execution of all in-store visual elements, including seasonal window campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and store designs. Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Retail Design Project Leader to spearhead the global design and development of our retail environments. This key role will be responsible for defining and executing the design strategy for our spaces, ensuring each location reflects our brand's heritage, values, and aesthetic while optimizing customer experience and operational efficiency. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Smartsheet or similar tools
Experience working with sustainability principles and implementing environmentally responsible design solutions
Exceptional communication and project management skills
