About The Opportunity As Head of Finance at Architect Systems Capital Management, you will shape the financial backbone of one of the most ambitious investment platforms in Switzerland. Core Responsibilities- Finance Leadership : Direct all corporate and fund financial operations, reporting, controls, and treasury functions across the investment firm and funds. Oversee audit.
- Regulatory Alignment : Act as the principal liaison with FINMA; ensure capital adequacy and full compliance precision in coordination with Compliance
- Financial Strategy : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning
- Investment Operations : Oversee fund accounting and custodians, NAV, valuations, and performance reporting
- Investment Insight : Provide expert perspective on underwriting, structuring, and securitization
- Risk & Control : Maintain robust controls, audit readiness, and operational resilience; oversee & interface with Deputy Risk and Compliance functions to consistently ensure best-in-class
- Reporting : Deliver timely, accurate reporting to leadership, investors, and regulators across firm and funds
- Tax: Oversee tax reporting in collaboration with outside counsel and tax professionals
- Capital & Liquidity : Optimize capital allocation and liquidity management across the firm’s structures
- 4+ years in high finance at a tier-1 financial institution or investment management company
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field from a globally recognized institution; Masters Degree preferred
- CFA, CAIA, or CPA (or equivalent) - demonstrated mastery of accounting and audit standards
- Based in Switzerland, experienced interfacing with FINMA and the regulated industry broadly
- Strong command of investment operations, fund accounting, valuation, and treasury management; with strong grasp of calls, distributions, carried interest and performance fee mechanics; experience with administrator oversight strong plus
- Exceptional English fluency; German or French a strong plus

In this role, you will define and complete growth strategies in alignment with Europe and global objectives, with full accountability for the FLOW orders POR. You will report directly to the VP Measurement Solutions Europe with a dotted line to the FLOW Business Unit President, serving as a member of both leadership teams. You will lead a matrixed cross-functional team in the Europe MSOL organization, as well as drive strong growth of FLOW products in the Europe sales channel through the Measurement Solutions country sales leadership.
Your leadership will optimize our sales channels by establishing robust monitoring systems, conducting in-depth analyses, and developing action plans that drive performance. Success in this role will require strong collaboration with other functions like project pursuit, industry marketing, customer care, integrated marketing, digital sales, and global product management. You will also play a key role in the strategic planning and development process for MSOL in Europe and FLOW globally.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
**Own the FLOW POR Performance**
+ Lead the FLOW orders POR and process for Europe, including annual budgeting, quarterly POR process, monthly Upside/Risk assessments, and effective sales funnel management and forecasting;
+ Possess and exercise discount authority, balancing revenue goals with margin field to ensure profitable growth;
+ Ensure effective sales processes are established and implement procedures and improvements to drive sales productivity;
+ Be responsible for the inputs to the Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring its alignment with business requirements and fostering productive cross-team collaboration;
**Sales Channel Management**
+ Performance Monitoring and Analysis of Channel Effectiveness: Develop and maintain dashboards to continuously supervise the productivity of each sales channel by reviewing sales data, customer feedback, account distribution, new account acquisitions, churn rates, white space opportunities, and performance against quotas;
+ Channel Productivity Reviews: Conduct regular productivity reviews with each region/country to identify country-specific opportunities for enhancing sales results. Provide actionable insights and recommendations, including changes in account allocation and use of alternative distribution channels;
+ Strategic Channel Development: Develop and implement training for regional sales management to enhance data-driven assessment of channel and performance;
+ Sales Tool Adoption: Support the implementation and adherence to world area sales tool compliance requirements, ensuring regular updates of CRM systems and adoption of other tools as required.;
+ Incentive Program Management: Oversee the navigation of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) objectives, ensuring that pay structures and quarterly payouts are driven according to plan. Consider market-specific variables as vital;
**Develop and Implement Growth Initiatives**
+ Translate strategic imperatives into a cohesive growth plan that improves FLOW growth in the world area through the development and execution of all relevant value creation actions;
+ Map product-specific Value Creation Actions into each country and industry growth plan, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall strategic targets;
+ Develop strategies to enhance price realization and improve market participation by deeply understanding the customer base and competitive landscape;
**Sales Campaign Definition, Development, and Deployment**
+ Collaborate with global Product Management, Industry Management, and Integrated Marketing to define impactful product value drivers, pricing, and tiering strategies for all Sales Campaigns for the FLOW in the assigned world area;
+ Provide input for the creation of campaign playbooks (Sales, Marketing, Training). Deploy the Training playbooks and conduct any additional training sessions required for the sales channel;
+ Coordinate the activities of Country Business Development Managers to ensure proper sales campaign execution;
+ Support deeper technical and commercial conversations with customers, to allow for adjustment of value propositions where needed;
**Product and Portfolio Management**
+ Handle product line financial targets by supervising volume, price, and discount trends;
+ Engage with customers to advise product roadmaps and to tailor product offerings to industry needs, target applications, and personas;
+ Conduct ongoing market assessments, evaluating growth dynamics, product tiering, and competitor behavior to adapt positioning and investment strategies;
+ Serve as the primary interface between Europe and Global Product Companies, collaborating on product roadmaps, tiering, and New Product Development (NPD);
+ Ensure channel readiness for the successful launch of new products and services.
