**How You Will Make a Difference**
+ Represent design in Sales, Merchandising & Marketing meetings and work closely with Merchandising & Development teams.
+ Creatively drive men's product strategy
+ Research Lifestyle and Outdoor trends and staying up to date on contemporary styles.
+ Work with Merchandising team to manage SKU plan, considering commercial needs, key price points, business opportunities and a 'good, better, best' philosophy.
+ Design new, trend driven product as well as evolving successful items from the past.
+ Consider margin & price points to meet costing goals.
+ Research trends, fits, textiles and new technology.
+ Inspire & mentor the in-house creative team with a sharing approach to ideas and 'best practice' solutions.
+ Work closely with Design Director to build seasonal concepts and color strategy.
+ Have a strong knowledge of pricing & fit and attend regular fitting & costing meetings.

**Skills For Success**
+ BA in Fashion Design.
+ 5+ years of experience working as a Designer with 1-2 years of experience as a Senior.
+ Language skills: Fluent in English.
+ Software knowledge: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
+ Strong knowledge of men's knit, woven and outerwear product is essential.
+ Strong product development knowledge.
+ Ability to build strong relationships with direct colleagues and across departments.

- Work on the creation of season product stylesheets together with the Product Design Manager.

The Senior Analyst, Inbound Logistics will be part of a team that drives daily oversight and execution of the movement of VF Finished Goods, working across multiple Logistics Service Providers ensuring best in class delivery against our agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - such as on-time delivery, detention & demurrage.
The Senior Analyst, Inbound Logistics will support the Senior Manager, EMEA Inbound Logistics on building a culture change on people's capabilities to embrace an E2E Supply Chain integration and continuous improvement mindset.
+ Actively contribute to the design and implementation of the daily processes for all inbound product flow into EMEA, keeping in mind
+ cost reduction initiatives,
+ on-time delivery of products from origin ports to EMEA Distribution Centers,
+ analysis of ongoing and forecast business
+ leveraging Logistics technology and visibility platforms
+ Build and develop collaborative partnerships with DC teams, Global Sourcing, Global Logistics and Brand to meet overall brand/business needs by analysing, developing, and implementing effective and efficient movement of product.
+ Support the development of a strategic partnership with external partners, 3PL's and transportation vendors to ensure effective and proper procedures and processes are executed to meet the needs of the business.
+ Responsible for driving Logistics Partners to execute to the highest standards of delivery, ensuring timely and cost-efficient movement of VF Finished Goods and Raw Materials
+ Host and drive regular operations meetings with Logistics Partners, ensuring highest KPI (Key Performance Indicator) attainment, problem identification and resolution and planning future strategies and actions.
+ Utilize and where appropriate propose improvements for all logistics systems activities to properly support the digital platform to provide timely and accurate visibility to all functional teams including Sourcing, Customs, Finance, Fulfilment & Customer Service.
+ Participate in the resolution of our business practices enabling change and improved performance for transportation, factories, and logistics for the EMEA region.
+ Strive to overcome challenges in optimizing KPI management and drive optimized product flow, efficient carrier network and timely flow of all import documents to yield desired on time performance by collaborating with all partners, Central Procurement & Origin teams from NORA, EMEA & APAC.
