Company description
The Endpoint IT Support Engineer is responsible for delivering Level 2 and Level 3 support for endpoint management and user workplace technologies. This includes advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of devices across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms. The role supports escalations from frontline service desks and ensures stable, secure, and efficient operation of endpoint environments through hands-on technical execution using Microsoft-based management tools like Intune and Autopilot. Key Responsabilities:
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for escalated endpoint incidents, requests, and problems.
  • Manage and troubleshoot device configurations, application deployment issues, and policy conflicts.
  • Manage services for Printing, Collaboration and Mobile systems.
  • Coordinate with hardware vendors such as Apple, Dell and HP for device procurement, warranty support, and escalation of security and hardware-related issues.
  • Use Microsoft Intune and Azure AD for device lifecycle tasks such as enrolment, compliance, and conditional access.
  • Support and remediate endpoint security issues, including Defender for Endpoint alerts and compliance failures.
  • Monitor system health, resolve configuration drift, and maintain endpoint consistency across platforms.
  • Execute and support device deployment processes using Microsoft Autopilot.
  • Maintain and improve provisioning scripts, task sequences, and automation for consistent rollout experiences.
  • Perform troubleshooting for provisioning failures and optimize setup processes.
  • Investigate and resolve user-reported endpoint performance issues (boot time, login delays, slowness).
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and L1 teams to collect feedback and drive incident resolution improvements.
  • Use available tools (e.g., Endpoint Analytics) to assess and improve the end-user device experience.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Autopilot-based deployment.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security (Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, Conditional Access).
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 management, with working knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Android support.
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting.
  • 3?5 years in a technical support or endpoint engineering role, including Level 2/3 support responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex endpoint and workplace issues.
  • Customer-service orientation with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and following ITIL practices.

As a Principal Product Specialist, you'll be at the front line of how Logitech engages stakeholders and partners through training and education. Your work will give internal teams and external partners the skills and confidence to work with our solutions, while also sparking genuine excitement to share and advocate for Logitech's portfolio. From live boot-camps to virtual sessions and educational programming for channel partners, you'll serve as a guide who makes Logitech's technology more approachable and impactful.
At the same time, you'll play a critical role in building the technical content that supports these efforts. By creating configuration guides, setup materials, and other resources, you'll ensure that teams and customers have what they need for successful deployments. This work empowers better customer interactions, more effective solution adoption, and a stronger foundation for Logitech's continued growth.

+ Host virtual engagement sessions for key channel partners to introduce new products, software updates, and opportunities.
+ Lead in-person channel training, delivering in-depth sessions to update partners on Logitech solutions and best practices.
+ Design and deliver technical bootcamps for internal teams and external partners, covering end-to-end deployment, usage, and management.
+ Support industry and partner events by running training sessions and educational programs that drive awareness and adoption of Logitech solutions.
+ Create detailed technical content, including configuration guides, setup instructions, and solution documentation.
+ Manage and publish technical content on internal platforms such as Product Hub and Nexus.
+ Handle administrative tasks related to the production and distribution of technical content.
**Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
+ Ability and willingness to travel frequently for trainings, events, and partner engagements.
+ Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with comfort leading sessions for both small and large audiences.
+ Demonstrated experience in grasping technical features and functionalities of hardware products.
+ Takes Initiative: You proactively identify opportunities and needs, creating and executing plans without constant direction.
+ Collaborates Effectively: You can work with a variety of stakeholders and manage multiple priorities to see projects through to completion.
+ Interest in Technology and Hardware: A keen fascination with productivity technology, encompassing hardware, technical components, features, and software.
+ Communicates Impactfully: You can articulate how our products solve problems and improve the workplace for different audiences through storytelling.
+ Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

+ Able to commute to a Logitech office in Europe ~2 days a week, or maintain a dedicated workspace with the ability to test devices and create product content.

**Reports to** : General Manager, Personal Workspace Solutions business group
**The Mission:**
We are seeking a strategic, digitally-fluent marketing executive to lead marketing and brand building for our largest business group, Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS). This is a pivotal, high-visibility role responsible for transforming Logitech from a trusted industry leader into an iconic global brand.
Reporting to the PWS BG General Manager and with regular engagement with the CEO and executive team, you will amplify and execute the global brand and marketing strategies and priorities. Your core objective is to accelerate PWS growth by driving high-visibility, culturally resonant campaigns across social, influencer, and digital channels, translating creative impact into measurable business outcomes.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Define and drive the Global Brand narrative to build an iconic brand: Unify brand storytelling, digital media, social engagement, and creator content into a single, powerful plan with clear annual investment priorities defined by audience & categories/products, platforms, countries and channels. Oversee all global content strategy and creative work.
+ Drive world-class Digital-First Marketing: Drive world-class, culturally resonant content across digital platforms, with a focus on (LLMO) search and social/influencer excellence.
+ Measure marketing impact & drive continuous improvement: Use data analytics to continuously optimize plans, campaigns and maximize ROI/ROAS in real time.
+ Lead & Collaborate: Directly lead a global team of 12 and closely partner with the PWS global Business Unit and Regional/country marketing teams across Logitech's matrix (Business Units, Comms, Design & Creative, Commercial B2B & B2C) to deliver brand and business impact at scale.
+ Build & Manage: Foster a high-performing team that blends creative storytelling with analytical precision, and manage top-tier agency partners to deliver breakthrough work.
+ Ensure Brand Coherence: Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, from packaging and eRetail to software and B2B initiatives.
**Who You Are:**

+ Experience in building and retaining high-performing teams; and inspiring and managing a strategic agency network.
+ Fluency in English; experience in European and US markets (China is a plus); and a college degree.
