What you’ll do:

Who you are:

+ Support Business, Finance and Procurement, but also suppliers in VAT-related questions, ranging from specific one-off questions to long-lasting projects support.
+ Act as expert on VAT topics like all-in fees, fund management/distribution fees as well as monitor foreign VAT/GST obligations.
+ Interact with tax authorities on the direct and indirect tax matters.
+ Be the point of contact with IT to ensure tax requirements are correctly integrated in systems.
+ Overview of tax accounting and tax reporting processes (prepare bookings for tax-related accounting entries, validate tax accounts in Swiss-GAAPs Financial Statements, prepare tax reporting for Group consolidated accounts under IFRS, including effective tax rate and deferred tax calculation, preparation of data for CbCR, etc.).
+ Advise on tax impacts of intra-Swiss and cross-border restructurings and business flows, anticipate tax risks and provide with guidance as to the appropriate course of action to ensure compliance with Swiss and foreign tax legislations.
+ Perform Transfer Pricing (TP) reviews: provide upstream TP controls on new intragroup agreements/services/restructurings and ensure the sufficient TP documentation is in place.
+ Keep appropriate documentation, procedures and memos on key tax matters.
+ Manage relations with 3rd party advisors: make tenders, agree on contract terms, follow up on the invoicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Fragrance Design Intern you are responsible forevaluation, formulation, and sample management
During your 12-month internship, you will support reformulation projects, evaluation sessions, and market reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also assist with sample preparation, stability assessments, and consumer study preparations.

In this position, you will lead the continuous development of our competitive aftermarket parts pricing intelligence capabilities and ensure their integration with aftermarket pricing and go-to-market strategies. **Job Purpose:**
Enable Aftermarket Parts Sales Profitable Growth for Caterpillar's Resource Industry (RI) and Construction Industry (CI), both Global and Corporate Accounts by providing insights while delivering executable go to market solutions that are aligned with our equity curve and driven by pricing analytics.
This position will provide pricing and commercial consultation for aftermarket parts business related to the assigned CI, Global and Corporate Accounts. This position will directly support the Global and Corporate Account Managers by providing commercial consultation, pricing analysis, dashboards, and directly supporting customer agreement negotiation, execution, and governance.
**What You Will Do:**
+ EAME point of contact for Aftermarket CI&RI Managed Accounts parts pricing matters. Supports global and national CI Services Division (CISD) accounts and works with a global cross functional team in RI Sales, Services and Technology (RISST)
+ Works closely with RISST, CISD account managers, Global CI, legal, and marketing
+ Supports CI Managed Accounts commercial strategy through price explainability efforts and dealer sales variance and pricing execution
+ Provides commercial support of customer benefits matrix to ensure company goals are met.
+ Provides support to CISD Integrated Account Management team
+ Uses large datasets to analyze, summarize, and support strategic customer negotiations - communicating impact of customer agreement to management
+ Executes on Customer Agreement pricing elements including customer rewards, rebates, parts escalation, and others
+ Lead the implementation and execution of parts pricing projects as needed
**What you Have:**
+ Bachelor's degree concentrated in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Marketing.
+ 5+ years of related experience

**What you will do?**
As a **Rental Key Account Manager** , you will work with selected Cat Dealers in Northern Europe to quickly grow the Europe Rental Key Account Program. You will focus on building a portfolio of new business and develop the existing accounts. You will act as a liaison between the Cat dealer network and the Customer Accounts and will ensure both customer satisfaction and Dealer revenue growth. The job includes tasks such as:
**Grow the number of accounts in the program for selected countries:**
+ Identify industry segments with strong growth potential.
+ Develop a deep understanding of specific segments value chain, rental needs, and decision-making process.
+ Work with dealers to identify and qualify new account opportunities.
+ Offer qualified accounts to join the Europe Rental Key Account Program.
+ Ensure that account decision makers have been fully exposed to the features/ benefits available from the Program.
**Develop existing accounts:**
+ Develop and execute account strategies and activities for specified accounts.
+ Establish a long-term strategic relationship with customers and identify business needs and problems.
+ Follow-up on relevant customer rental leads to ensure dealers are delivering the Key Account Program benefits.
+ Provide dealers with key customer insights to improve service level to customers and help dealers make informed commercial decisions.
+ Have regular business reviews with assigned accounts to collect customer feedback, identify future project needs, resolve any outstanding issue. 
**Support Dealers in executing the program.**
+ Provide customer feedback to dealers.
+ Work with relevant dealer account managers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
+ Help dealers develop operational rental capabilities to execute the program.
+ Manage the compliance of assignments and keep up to date with new industry trends, changing technology and regulations affecting the competitive environment.
