Join Dickies as a GTM Intern and turn numbers into insight. You will support the Go To Market team in executing seasonal strategies and optimizing sales reporting and coordination.
**Get ready to make an impact! Here's what you'll be responsible for joining our team as Go To Market Intern:**
+ Help re-build and refresh the main Sales Reports that the EMEA extended Sales Team need on a daily basis (Prebook Report, Sell-Thru report etc).
+ Collect and organize data; harmonize and optimize daily reports schedule.
+ Coordinate key GTM tasks for each season including consolidation and sharing of terms and conditions, master data maintenance for key accounts.
+ Support onboarding of key digital sales tools and order platforms.
+ Act as a point of contact for Key Accounts and support data governance and maintenance (orderbook management and cleansing; campaign product lists; forecast files creation etc.).
+ Collaborate with Merch / Planning teams on Brand calendar management and information sharing.
**What you Bring**
To succeed in this role, you are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have strong analytical skills and a curious mindset with a passion for working with people. You are eager to learn and face up new challenges. First experience such as other internships or extracurricular activities is considered a plus.

**Skills for Success**
+ Experience with DTC systems, in particular SAP FMS, SAP CAR, SAP FIORI, is highly beneficial.
+ Experience in eCommerce Processes managed with SFCC / Shopify and related integrations.
+ Previous exposure to implementation projects across multiple countries and regions.
+ Knowledge of working with stakeholders in understanding business requirements and solution design.
+ Proven ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
+ Experience working with technical architects and developers on technical design and development.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

+ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field

+ Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; proficiency with data visualization tools

**VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Manager, Merchandising Footwear Men's to join our Merchandising team based in Stabio, Switzerland.**

**You as the Manager, Merchandising Footwear Men's will drive toward our ambition to be the leading brand representing progressive skate and youth culture.**
You will own the strategic and executional, merchandising and Go-to-Market deliverables of the Men's Footwear categories for the EMEA line while creating global influence, alignment and partnership.
You will lead a team of Merchandisers to bring to life a market-relevant, profitable and successful range that represents progressing youth culture forward. Your exceptional knowledge of the competitive landscape, taste-level, knowledge of the wholesale marketplace and Go-to-Market process will inspire both internal teams, our customers and our consumer.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will achieve this by:
- Executes the global merchandising strategy through regional marketplace strategy. Ensures alignment with regional market dynamics and consumer preferences. Adapts and tailors global product assortments to meet regional needs while maintaining brand consistency and commercial success. Defines white space opportunities across wholesale channels and accounts in their respective category and marketplace responsibility.
- Curate assortments for our strategic wholesale partners by selecting product with demand driving attribute and partnering with the commercial teams to build plans and influence adoption externally.
- Partner continuously with WHSL planning counterparts to create revenue-driving and profitable assortments.
- Own and drive seasonal strategy, line architecture and pricing for your respective areas
- Actively participate in in-season management, driving the right sales analysis and action-oriented next steps for immediate trading as well as future seasons.
- Continuously monitor and react to marketplace trends, keeping connected to competitive landscape and market dynamics.
- Ensuring regional channel needs are covered through the product line by identifying white spaces and bringing the right briefs forward.

- EMEA Wholesale Marketplace experience/knowledge
- Ability to apply merchandising acumen and principles in partnership with merchandise planning

- Decision-making ability on segmentation and product choices by channel, tier and account
- Ability to develop and analyze retail reports, derive key take-aways and create action-oriented steps to improve business performance
- Understanding of competitive landscape, trends in Women's and Kid's footwear

**Skills For Success**

As **Pattern Maker & Fit Specialist** , you will be accountable for creating tools to support the execution of the icebreaker product line through the GTM process from concept to finished goods ensuring alignment with the brand strategy, global business needs, sourcing capabilities and quality standards.
This role plays a critical part in the precise execution of industry leading product to design intent, collaborating cross functionally with a multi-season time horizon perspective.
A key member of the product creation team you will support and enable the Manager, Technical Design's vision on product fit, applying technical know-how in patternmaking construction and precision digital modelling tools transforming product concepts into reality to drive business growth.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
+ **Concept Translation & Technical Realisation:** Work closely with the Design and Product Development teams to interpret and translate creative concepts into accurate physical and digital patterns using advanced pattern-making techniques. Leverage CAD and digital pattern tools to create detailed and scalable patterns. Develop digital 3D product samples that enable virtual fittings and iterative adjustments. Utilize 3D modelling software to simulate garment behaviour, ensuring that design intent aligns with technical feasibility and ergonomic performance. Your work will ensure that every idea is effectively translated into products that meet the brand's strategic and commercial objectives.
+ **End-to-End Product Excellence:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine patterns, troubleshoot fit challenges, and implement innovative solutions ensuring that the design intent is accurately realised in every product. Seek manufacturing improvement initiatives with an emphasis on fit and optimal garment performance to ensure they are continually upgraded, enhanced and the best they can be.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Liaise between internal departments (Innovation, Design, Product Development,) and external stakeholders (Vendor base). Establish strong working relationships, facilitate transparent communication and collaboration to ensure seamless integration of design aesthetics with technical precision. Communicate effectively to relay fit issues, propose adjustments, and align on quality benchmarks.
+ **Project Management:** Manage project timelines for assigned seasonal and non-seasonal products, following critical paths to ensure cross functional alignment and on-time delivery of on-time delivery of digital patterns, virtual prototype samples and SMS across all categories. Use agile methodologies to manage timelines while proactively troubleshooting challenges to keep projects on time, to a precise standard of execution.
+ **Data Management:** Maintain and regularly update the digital pattern and virtual samples database, ensuring integrity and accuracy across all product lines facilitating seamless, on-time communication between the Product Development, Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams.
+ **Product Fitting:** Prepare for sample reviews by measuring, pre-fitting and scheduling fit sessions. Guide the Product Development and Design Teams in fit sessions to assess and refine product fit, function, and construction towards desired outcomes without compromising comfort, performance or sustainability. Complete pattern revisions on-time, that enable vendors to execute products efficiently and at cost (SMS & Bulk production).
+ **Continuous Improvement & Feedback:** Analyse market feedback and wear-test and product performance data to continuously refine existing products and influence future development efforts towards process improved product fit, comfort, and functionality. Actively seek opportunities for personal growth, with a focus on developing product category knowledge & expertise.

**Education & Experience**
+ A **University Bachelor or Master's degree** in Fashion Technology, Industrial Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital patternmaking and 3D prototyping are advantageous.
+ **Good level of computer literacy** is essential; proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe CC with experience in CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex) and 3D modelling simulation tools (CLO 3D, Browzwear).
+ **A few years of experience in technical pattern engineering** and digital product creation roles within the apparel industry. Experience in the outdoor performance or sustainable apparel sector is highly preferred.
