This role is central to enabling the successful implementation of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the Finance function, while ensuring alignment with broader enterprise transformation goals.
As a senior leader within the Transcend team, you will serve as the functional change lead for Finance and collaborate extensively across other process areas (e.g., Plan/Source, Make, Deliver, R&D, Commercial, Advanced Therapies). You will be accountable for driving **end-to-end change impact assessments** , shaping adoption strategies, and enabling readiness across global teams. Education:
