Main responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Lead of IT Legal Reporting, the consultant will work on legal reporting application projects.
* BA Responsibilities
Analyse regulation, business scenarios/cases and contribute to business / regulatory requirements definition. * Define Functional Design Specification.
* Manage vendor application relationship (software package).
* Execute database scripts and queries (SQL) to validate data integrity and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT point of view.
* Provide guidance for business analysts, developers, and testers assigned to the projects and ensure good project management practices are employed throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios.

* Legal Reporting Software: Wolters Kluwer (WKFS), Regnology, Fire
* Proficient in SQL and database scripting for legal reporting data validation.
* Good understanding of the bank's business processes
* Good operational experience in the implementation of various IT Legal Reporting projects
* Private banking experience is mandatory.
* Swiss Residency is a must.

En tant que spécialiste payroll, vous serez responsable de la gestion complète du processus de paie pour un portefeuille de clients. Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Saisie des mutations dans le système de paie (Abacus).
  • Calcul et contrôle des salaires mensuels.
  • Génération des fichiers de paiement, comptables et autres fichiers spécifiques.
  • Établissement périodique des décomptes AVS, allocations familiales, assurances accidents et maladies.
  • Gestion des relations avec les institutions sociales concernées.
  • Établissement des décomptes d'impôts à la source et des certificats fiscaux annuels.
  • Participation à des projets de développement liés à la gestion de la paie.
Votre profil
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de salaires en Suisse (minimum 2 ans).
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.
  • Expérience avec le système de paie Abacus indispensable. 
  • Très bonnes connaissances en anglais (niveau B2 minimum).

Introduction to the team

Our Expedia Product & Technology division builds innovative products,
services, and tools to deliver high-quality experiences for travelers, partners,
and our employees. A unified, singular technology platform powered by data
and machine learning provides secure, differentiated, and personalized
experiences for the traveler and our partners that drive loyalty and customer
satisfaction.


Within our division, our team aims to unleash the power of data to help hotel
partners and vacation rental owners understand their performances and
opportunities and to drive more actions in the marketplace. For this position,
we are looking for someone curious and passionate about technology, with
an emphasis on backend service development and data processing.


You will join a team of talented and creative software engineers, who follow
an agile practice. We are based in Geneva, but we collaborate with multiple
Expedia Group’s teams around the world. Every developer is given a high
level of ownership to permit learning and fully own the products.


What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product stakeholders, machine learning engineers and engineering leadership to understand business requirements and long-term vision, shape exciting new product features and help with work prioritization
  • Use advanced technical expertise and architectural skills to design complex solutions which are scalable, fast and robust
  • Support and improve our existing applications, APIs and data pipelines
  • Keep building expertise in new areas, share the experience with the team and establish best practices
  • Raise the bar and increase the performance within the team

Who you are:

  • Master’s in Computer Science or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in application development with experience on large scale solutions
  • Proficient in backend/API development with Java Spring Boot, Node.js, TypeScript
  • Proficient in data manipulation and storage (relational databases, NoSQL databases, streaming)
  • Experience in building optimized data pipelines, ideally using big data technologies such as Spark
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Experience with web development and React framework
