**Position Summary**
As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by driving
our Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for resolving
issues, providing guidance for day-to-day operations, and developing strong relationships with key customers.
**A Day in the Life of a Customer Solutions Analyst**
+ Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Sales Order creation, Order fulfilment, and Claims resolution
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Third-Party Logistic) to drive process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and understand their unique requirements
+ Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in the O2C processes
+ Answer customer inquiries via our Hotline in French and German
**What will make you successful**
+ First experience in ideally Customer Service, Sales, or Supply Chain (logistics / planning)
+ Great service orientation and enthusiasm to work with customers
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
+ Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
+ Knowledge of Excel and/or PowerBI and SAP or similar tools is an advantage

**Your role and responsibilities**

**Supply Planning Analyst**
Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting the overall Supply Planning team. The Supply Planning Analyst also has a specific role within the team to maintain and improve existing reports and implements new ones. She/He will contribute to lead various S&OP projects to support the optimization of existing processes.
**Role and responsibilities**
+ Manage supply chain finished goods inventory levels at the Hub warehouses. Monitor network inventory levels and requirements, replenishing inventory to meet Supply Chain Planning targets including inventory investment, customer service levels and transportation efficiencies. If there is a risk, work collaboratively with the cross functional teams to minimize cost and maximize customer service.
+ Develop ad-hoc and repetitive reports and information tools as requested. Combine data from multiple sources and formats into tools for planning decision support, capacity and inventory analysis, auditing and other purposes.
+ Create finished goods supply plans and partner with demand and replenishment planning on the overall S&OP plan within assigned product / DC portfolio.
+ Review with production sites overall supply plan to ensure sufficient capacity is available to meet global requirements and communicate capacity constraints.
+ Align within the cross-functional teams on decisions that will be presented in the S&OP meeting. Ensure that all inputs needed for the S&OP meeting are available. Coordinate and follow up on the agreed action plans.
+ Define and review all planning parameters (ABC, min/max levels, leadtime, batch size, etc)
+ Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product management, Operations, and Procurement to launch new products on time.
+ Lead projects related to supply planning improvement and harmonization across the network.
+ Depending on the needs of the company, the employee may be entrusted with and asked to perform other tasks related to her/his competence.
**Profile requested**
+ Master's degree in supply chain or equivalent level of relevant experience Certifications/Licensing:
+ APICS certification is preferred
+ 2+ years of demand and/or supply chain planning experience Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:
+ Knowledge of Supply Planning processes.
+ Strong numerical problem-solving skills. Ability to boil down vast amount of data to the relevant points.
+ Excellent communication and follow up skills to manage expectations and resolve conflicts with stakeholders.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on an international basis.
+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
+ Proficiency with Excel and Power Query a must, skills and appetite to develop PBI a plus.
+ English and French required, German a plus

**Au quotidien**
+ Réaliser des prélèvements des réseaux d'eau, des utilités et des environnements de production
+ Effectuer les contrôles chimiques, microbiologiques et sensoriels des matières premières, des emballages, des produits finis, des réseaux et des environnements, en toute conformité aux procédures
+ Assurer la saisie des résultats dans les délais impartis
+ Coordonner et réaliser les tests de conservation des produits
+ Assurer les analyses des poids nets des produits finis
+ Participer activement à l'organisation matérielle (commande et suivi des stocks de consommables, gestion et entretien du parc instrument) en collaboration avec vos collègues
+ Préparer les envois d'échantillons pour analyses externes
+ Exécuter les tests de performance du laboratoire

Le Responsable de l'Unité de Production assure la performance de la production des produits fabriqués ou assemblés dans les ateliers associés.
Responsabilités :
- Le responsable d'unité de production est responsable de l'exécution opérationnelle du plan de production de l'UP selon le S&OP défini :
o Il valide puis met en œuvre le plan de production.
o Il est responsable de la maintenance opérationnelle directe.
- Il est responsable de la gestion de la performance opérationnelle (Sécurité, Qualité, respect des délais de production, gestion des coûts opérationnels).
- Il supervise le déploiement et l'industrialisation des méthodes de fabrication nécessaires au sein de l'UP selon les meilleures pratiques industrielles ainsi que l'amélioration continue en coordination avec les équipes d'industrialisation.
- Il est en charge de la gestion des ressources et de l'organisation des équipes de l'UP (formation, structuration, talents, capacités).
- Il assure la sécurité du personnel dans son unité.

**Candidate skills & requirements**
Compétences & profil requis :
- Formation : ingénieur (Bachelor ou Master) en microélectronique, physique appliquée, matériaux, procédés industriels ou équivalent.
- Expérience : 5 à 10 ans dans la production microélectronique, MEMS, semiconducteurs ou secteur high-tech.
- Compétences techniques :
o Maîtrise des procédés de microfabrication (photolithographie, gravure DRIE, CVD/PVD, bonding, packaging).
o Connaissance des outils de contrôle métrologique (SEM, profilométrie, test électrique).
o Bon niveau d'anglais (B2 idéalement)
o Expérience en environnement salle blanche.

Dans ce poste vous serez responsable de la mise en service de nouveaux procédés et de nouveaux équipements, de l'industrialisation, puis du maintien en production de nos procédés.
Vous pourrez mettre en œuvre votre expérience et acquérir de nouvelles connaissances dans les procédés de fabrication de wafer (thin film, diffusion, etching, photolithography).
Vos Responsabilités:
-Gérer et optimiser les nouveaux procédés et moyens industriels, depuis la définition, l'achat et leur mise en service, et assurer la maintenance des équipements.
-Etre garant de la reproductibilité du processus afin de pouvoir assurer la production en série et livrer nos clients.
-Soutenir les équipes de production, mettre au point les instructions de travail et former les opérateurs.
-Gérer la performance des procédés selon les dimensions Sécurité, Qualité, Coûts, Délais, dans un objectif d'amélioration permanente des performances et de la satisfaction de nos clients.
-Mener et/ou participer aux analyses de défaillance process et produit en déployant les méthodologies de référence en matière d'analyse statistique et de résolution problème.
-Assurer une veille technologique sur les équipements et les procédés afin de supporter le développement de nos futurs produits.
-Participer au développement des nouveaux procédés de fabrication en collaboration avec équipes R&D produits.

Votre Profil:
-Vous êtes Ingénieur en microtechnique (HES, EPF, ENS), avec expérience significative en salle blanche dans un environnement industriel
-Vous avez une expérience dans les procédés microtechniques, micromécaniques ou dans la métrologie des couches minces
-Vous avez une connaissance approfondie et un intérêt dans la maitrise statistique des procédés
