**About the role**
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team in Switzerland till end August 2026. It is a great opportunity to take responsibility for developing and growing accounts in the Swiss Off-Trade. If you are interested in a position with significant impact, this one is for you!
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Management and ownership of your customer accounts in the Off Trade channel. Run full day-to-day business.
+ Establish and foster relationships at customer level with decision-makers.
+ Plan and conduct annual negotiations
+ Increase sales by identifying distribution opportunities, white spots, optimize promotional plans and activations together with support functions.
+ Comprehensive analysis of the relevant customer and category data. Elaborate and implement tailormade and data driven customer strategy recommendations.
+ Support development of customer specific marketing concepts together with Customer Activation and track via measures of success.
+ Implement new product launches and campaigns
+ Facilitate category management projects
+ Collaboration with the field organization and important internal stakeholders such as revenue growth management, customer activation, finance, logistics and customer experience teams
**About you**
+ Proven experience in a commercial or Key Account Management role, ideally in an FMCG environment
+ University degree (or equivalent) in business administration/economics or similar
+ Proven negotiation skills
+ Strong ability to build, develop and maintain relationships
+ Intuition for business paired with analytical skills

This Clinical Evaluation Manager position is a remote role, with regular on-site presence in our office in Heerbrugg for cross-functional collaboration, team and culture building, and visits to study centers (as needed) .

+ Oversees and manages all clinical evaluations of LMS Medical portfolio (~10), while maintaining and implementing the Clinical Affairs Processes
+ Coordinates planing and execution of clinical operations activities as inputs/outputs to clinical evaluations, and provides Clinical expertise into Study protocols and study design.
+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of Clinical Evaluation outcomes into product development and product life-cycle.
YOUR PROFILE
+ Degree in Medicine, Medical Engineering, Pharmacy or other human/clinical/medical science.
+ 5+ years' experience as a Clinical Evaluator, Medical Writer, Clinical Project Manager, Clinical Affairs Manager, or other related professional role.
+ Fundamental knowledge and good understanding of Clinical evaluation requirements from EU MDR, FDA, as well as GCPs, clinical trial design, study development and project management. Knowledge on the clinical evaluation requirements for China is a strong plus.
+ Experience in interpreting, preparing, writing, and presenting clinical and scientific data and information.

+ Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen und Wartungen unserer Wärmepumpen bei Endkund:innen und Anlagenbetreiber:innen
+ Serviceorientierte Beratung unserer Kund:innen von Heizungsbetrieben telefonisch und vor Ort zur Sicherung unserer Kundenzufriedenheit
+ Unterstützung deiner Kolleg:innen im technischen Außendienst im erweiterten Umkreis deines Einsatzgebietes
+ Übernahme des Pikettdienst mit dem Ziel unseren Kundinnen und Kunden schnellstmöglich zu helfen
**Das bist du**
Du bist technisch versiert, liebst das Arbeiten an Heizlösungen, und zeichnest dich durch hohe Kundenorientierung und Reisebereitschaft aus? Als Servicetechniker:in kannst du diese Stärken sinnvoll bei uns anwenden! Außerdem zeichnet dich aus:
+ Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder Elektriker / Elektroinstallateur und idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
+ Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, z.B. in der Heiztechnik, Kältetechnik oder Klima- und Lüftungstechnik
+ Kenntnisse über den Aufbau und die Funktionsweise von Heizungsanlagen, insbesondere Wärmepumpen
+ Idealerweise im Besitz des Kältescheins Kategorie 1
+ Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
+ Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Deine Tour ist jeweils von Montag bis Samstag von 5.00 – 6.30 Uhr oder sonntags von 5.00 - 7.30 Uhr.
Als Frühzusteller:in bist du unabhängig und deine eigene Chefin/dein eigener Chef.

Wir suchen engagierte und motivierte Punktschweisser, die Freude an handwerklicher Arbeit haben und unser Team im Schrankzusammenbau und Schweissen verstärken möchten. Wenn Sie zuverlässig, teamorientiert und technisch versiert sind, bieten wir Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Eigenverantwortung und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
Tätigkeiten- Vorbereiten der Aufträge anhand der Auftragsdossiers und Zeichnungen
- Vormontage der Schrankgehäuse sowie Montage von Spezialelementen von Hand
- Einrichten und Programmieren des Punktschweissroboters TSR (KUKA)
- Zusammenbau der Schrankelemente mittels Punktschweissroboter
- Einfachere Wartungsarbeiten des Punktschweissroboters
- TIG- / MIG-Punktschweissen sowie allgemeine Schweissarbeiten
- Berufserfahrung im handwerklichen Bereich, idealerweise in der Metallverarbeitung und/oder mit KUKA-Robotern
- Kenntnisse im TIG- / MIG-Schweissen
- Sehr hohe Qualitätsansprüche, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
