**Position Summary**
As **MES IS/IT FAS Manager** for our Nespresso factory in Orbe, you will lead & develop your team to ensure 24/7 system reliability, drive digital transformation, and deliver strategic MES and IS/IT-FAS projects. You will champion standardization in the factory, collaborate to implement the latest technologies, and build a future-ready workforce, all while keeping a high level of safety, quality, and environmental excellence.
**A Day in the Life of a MES IS IT FAS Manager**
+ Drive the digital roadmap and initiate & implement projects to ensure future digital growth in alignment with factory priorities.
+ Ensure maintenance of the industrial IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and access points).
+ Develop and coach your team by creating competency matrixes and building development plans in collaboration with factory engineers
+ Identify and develop digital skills of operators and superusers in collaboration with other departments.
+ Ensure excellent project management, assessing technical soundness and controlling costs.
+ Collaborate with central teams to identify improvements for Nespresso sites & facilitate cross-site knowledge sharing within the central DMO.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all activities.
**What will make you successful**
+ Background in computer Science, Automation, or related Engineering field with extensive experience in MES engineering with automation.
+ Proven experience leading MES projects with hands-on approach, from design & programming to implementation, including CQV.
+ Strong MES operational support experience and maintenance of industrial IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment (preferably 24/7).
+ Team leadership experience and supervision of technical teams, contractors, or third-party vendors.
+ Proactive and data driven mindset with proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (BI/BA) for performance monitoring.
+ Full proficiency in French and English.

- Participer à la création et à la mise à jour des procédures techniques.
- Durant les maintenances annuelles, assurer les activités du secteur défini en tant que leader.

- Participer à l'amélioration continue du secteur grâce aux outils TPM tels que tagging, centerlining, 5s, CIL, etc.

- Participer activement au maintien du rangement et au nettoyage de la zone de travail.
- Garantir la transmission des informations pertinents lors du changement d'équipe (Shift Handover).

**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
+ 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role focused on managing large-scale datasets, particularly for AI/ML or video processing applications.
+ Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for developing automated pipelines and data workflows.
+ Prior experience with data labeling tools and techniques (e.g., Labelbox, Supervisely, or custom solutions).
+ Knowledge of metadata design and database management to support efficient data access and cataloging.
+ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for data processing and storage.
+ Solid understanding of AI/ML data requirements, including how labeled and structured data impacts algorithm performance.
+ Familiarity with version control and best practices for dataset management in collaborative environments.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Education:

**The Mission:**
We are seeking a strategic, digitally-fluent marketing executive to lead marketing and brand building for our largest business group, Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS). This is a pivotal, high-visibility role responsible for transforming Logitech from a trusted industry leader into an iconic global brand.
Reporting to the PWS BG General Manager and with regular engagement with the CEO and executive team, you will amplify and execute the global brand and marketing strategies and priorities. Your core objective is to accelerate PWS growth by driving high-visibility, culturally resonant campaigns across social, influencer, and digital channels, translating creative impact into measurable business outcomes.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Define and drive the Global Brand narrative to build an iconic brand: Unify brand storytelling, digital media, social engagement, and creator content into a single, powerful plan with clear annual investment priorities defined by audience & categories/products, platforms, countries and channels. Oversee all global content strategy and creative work.
+ Drive world-class Digital-First Marketing: Drive world-class, culturally resonant content across digital platforms, with a focus on (LLMO) search and social/influencer excellence.
+ Measure marketing impact & drive continuous improvement: Use data analytics to continuously optimize plans, campaigns and maximize ROI/ROAS in real time.

**Who You Are:**
