**Technicien de Prototypage, Élastomères**
La personne idéale pour ce poste remplit les fonctions de polymécanicien ou micromécanicien avec une expérience comme technicien de laboratoire. Les principales tâches consistent à usiner des moules ou des pièces en caoutchouc à partir de préformes en caoutchouc. Cette personne sera également directement impliquée dans la fabrication de pièces en caoutchouc, de la préforme à la finition et à la mesure dimensionnelle. Une expérience du candidat(e) dans le prototypage rapide ou en dans la production de pièces en caoutchouc est un avantage technique qui l'aidera dans la validation des nouveaux concepts et géométries issus du développement. Le candidat(e) apportera également du support au groupe Service Technique & Développement en réalisant des tests physiques, des tests analytiques ainsi que de la caractérisation de nos pièces de précision.
**Responsabilités :**
Production de prototypes de pièces en caoutchouc pour la validation de nouveaux concepts développés par les ingénieurs, en utilisant différentes techniques telles que l'usinage CNC, le tour CNC, la métrologie 3D, l'impression 3D. Utilisation de logiciels CAD/CAM 3D pour l'usinage CNC dans le cadre de la production de prototypes et de logiciels de métrologie 3D pour réaliser des contrôles de moules et de pièces. Réalisation de tests d'échantillons pour caractériser les propriétés physiques des pièces élastomères, y compris la caractérisation analytique. Réalisation de tests spéciaux tels que des tests d'étanchéité haute pression et haute température. Collaboration avec les ingénieurs pour le développement de tests d'application, de la conception à l'exécution des tests, afin de vérifier la performance de nos pièces dans des situations proches de la réalité. Génération de données pour soutenir la promotion des pièces Kalrez®. Création de rapport de test complet et fourniture d'analyse des résultats de test.
Nous recherchons une personne ayant :
+ Une expérience en mécanique est nécessaire pour ce poste : connaissances en tour numérique et fraisage ainsi que des compétences avérées en CAD/CAM sont requises (Fusion 360 et Mastercam préférés).
+ Une expérience en conception et fabrication de moules de prototypage caoutchouc est souhaitée.
+ La capacité à réaliser des tests de laboratoire est appréciée, en particulier tests mécaniques et analytiques.
+ Connaissance de la rhéologie du caoutchouc et des tests physiques est un atout.
+ Une expérience de l'utilisation d'équipements sous pression (type autoclave) est un atout.
+ Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en fonction de leur priorité.
+ Capacité à atteindre des objectifs tout en respectant les délais.
+ Bonne communication écrite et verbale pour produire des rapports techniques.
+ Proactivité et esprit d'équipe.
+ Compétences linguistiques : maîtrise du français et base en anglais

As the Global Marketing Manager, Portfolio Programs, you will lead the definition and execution of programs that span across the portfolio to accelerate growth for the International Infusion Portfolio. You will be accountable for achieving strategic platform marketing objectives, supporting product development, and driving global revenue performance. This role requires strong collaboration with the broader platform marketing team, regional marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless portfolio program execution and market impact.
**Job Description**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Drive successful key portfolio programs and commercial activities across your portfolio of products.
+ Engage customers and monitor market and competitive trends to capture insights and identify product improvement and business development opportunities.
+ Define and lead all aspects of the marketing plan to meet financial targets and facilitate go-to-market strategies, including market sensing, development, and marketing mix.
+ Lead alignment with regional teams for product lifecycle strategies, including roadmaps, and portfolio rationalization.
+ Work closely with global product management counterparts to ensure a cohesive cross-portfolio approach towards essential shared areas of interest.
+ Serve as a portfolio advocate in select areas of responsibility, delivering training and support across functions and regions.
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing ; MBA highly preferred.
+ 3-5 years' experience in marketing, strategy, product management, or related field within the healthcare/medical device industry preferred.
+ Prior experience in the medical device infusion market preferred.
+ Fluency in English; other languages will be considered a plus.
+ High computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, CRM systems).
+ Working knowledge of using AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to facilitate marketing activities preferred.
+ Up to 25% travel required
Salary range for the role: 130k CHF to 150k CHF
