Conduct regular patrols and building inspections, documenting observations and advising management on improvements.
Share your international insights to elevate processes, reinforce luxury standards, and train teams in line with global best practices.
**Profile**
Proven experience in Security/Loss Prevention management, ideally in luxury hospitality.
International hotel experience is strongly valued-exposure abroad brings a deeper understanding of security processes, training excellence, and refined luxury service standards.
Fluent in French and English; other languages are an asset.
Comfortable with night shifts and highly motivated.
Strong sense of detail, discretion, and professionalism.

Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
Maintain high visibility during peak period in order to ensure smooth running of operations, promote good public relations, take corrective actions and handle customers' requests and complaints to ensure their satisfaction. Upon needs, respond to emergency codes
Keep abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, upcoming events and brief Talent Coaches accordingly so that all Welcome Desk and Whatever/Whenever Talent are able to answer guest requests and questions.
Ensuring all W standards are adhered to, to achieve the optimum mystery checker score. Maintaining and achieving the hotel's GEI scores (Guest experience index) and take action where necessary.
Ensure new talent are inducted into the department correctly, by ensuring an induction schedule is in place, training checklists and training matrix is prepared. Ensure on-going training for the existing talent on the Brand Standards and any other existing policies and procedures.

**Your Role**
As our Assistant director of style, you are the driving force behind immaculate, beautifully designed rooms and flawless guest experiences. You lead a passionate team of Stylists, ensuring every detail is perfect from the moment our guests arrive. Reporting directly to the Style Director, you'll:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver a wow factor with every room prepared.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Organize daily operations to guarantee every guest's arrival is seamless and memorable.
Provide ongoing training to your team on W's rigorous 5-star standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touch points.
Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere where your team thrives and feels valued.
Manage opening and closing procedures for your department with precision.
Control stock management and handle lost item follow-ups with care and efficiency.
**Who You Are**
Experienced: You bring 1.5-2 years of proven success as a floor manager or equivalent in housekeeping at a luxury 5-star hotel.
Passionate: You thrive in a dynamic, seasonal environment and love turning challenges into opportunities.
Detail-Oriented: Your keen eye for detail and passion for excellence consistently elevate the guest experience.
Multilingual: Fluent in French and English, with Spanish as a valuable bonus.

**Qualifications/ Expérience/ Connaissances**
+ Au bénéfice d'un CFC d'électricien, électronicien, mécano-électro, de mecanicien, polymécanicien ou équivalent avec plusieurs années d'expérience dans le monde de l'ascenseur
+ Il est indispensable que le collaborateur réside dans la région de travail (30km du lieu de départ de service).
+ La maîtrise de la langue française est indispensable
+ Le permis de conduire valable sur le territoire suisse est exigé
+ Capacité d'effectuer des travaux en hauteur
