The primary responsibility of the **Service Delivery Tech II, EUS** is to enable VF employees to use technology that allows them to work more efficiently. + Must have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
+ Installation and Support of company and required hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP, scanners, phones, tablets) and software.
+ Be a resource to the IT Platforms (Zoom, Local Backups, Local Servers, Local Networks, etc.) that may need assistance with Projects and support of the day-to-day IT Infrastructure at the location they support
+ Help maintain an accurate stockroom inventory of personal computer devices (laptops/desktops) and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, docks)
+ Monitor hardware and application performance based on expected benchmarks and provide feedback to the EUS Leadership
+ Assist users with new technology training when introducing new offerings (MFA, OneDrive, Self Service, etc.) helping the VF workforce to adapt and embrace technology to work more efficiently

+ Support conferencing/collaboration technology leveraging VF solutions of Audio/Visual displays (Zoom, telephony, Brandlive, etc.)

**Skills for Success**
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
+ Preferably AA/BS degree in Computer Sciences or related technology field
+ Experience: A few years in IS/IT environment In-depth technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network and peripheral equipment like scanners, tape-drive, palm pilots, etc.
+ Language skills: Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset

**VF International** is looking for an exceptional **Senior Product Owner, ERP Application, Maintenance Services** to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
**Let's Talk about the Role**
You as area lead will focus your accountabilities on the AMS execution, coordinating and supporting services being outsourced to an IT partner.
You will act as a link between the Business and the Technical Team and controlling all activities on Vendor side. You will also contribute to and support the design, build and implementation of solutions in SAP environment as well as their application maintenance.
You should be an experienced professional, with a keen interest in Application Maintenance and hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate or equivalent experience.
You will be self-motivated with:
+ The ability to act autonomously but in coordination with internal IT teams and key vendors
+ The capability to work into a complex and multi-integrated technology environment
+ An understanding of ITIL concepts
+ An expertise in problem solving and decision-making processes
- SAP QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail Master Data (Articles, Customers, Vendors)
+ Assortment
+ Listing
+ Site
- SAP FMS / MDG processes (overall)
- Logistic execution knowledge (Inbound / Outbound Delivery, HU management)
- Integration (RFCs, APIs, IDOC Management **)**

+ Extensive years of experience in the technology profession focused on ERP support and management
+ Experience in supporting large and complex SAP implementations
+ Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements that map to technology capabilities.
+ Experience working with technical architects and developers on technical design and development.
+ Troubleshooting/Decision making skills
+ Able to work into an international environment
+ Fluency in spoken and written English
+ Solutions and results-oriented
+ Communication skills
+ ITIL Foundation framework skills
+ Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
+ Customer satisfaction oriented
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master's degree in technology are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
