Vous reporterez directement au superviseur du laboratoire, vous serez de façon routinière en lien avec l'équipe de microbiologistes et évoluerez dans une équipe polyvalente dans un environnement diversifié et dynamique.

**Responsabilités :**
* échantillonnage en salles contrôlés et en dehors des salles contrôlées
* Préparation des étiquettes d'échantillons
* Analyse indépendante des échantillons de routine à l'aide des méthodes d'essai applicables
* Gestion des échantillons dans les différents logiciels de laboratoire ou des systèmes manuels qui comprennent des journaux de bord de laboratoire.
* Effectuer et interpréter les tests de routine à l'aide d'instruments de laboratoire (contrôle de l'environnement de salle classifiées, analyses LAL, analyses HPLC. )
* Reconnaître les problèmes lors de l'analyse des résultats
* Investigation pour les résultats d'essais de laboratoire non conformes
* Effectuer des contrôles quotidiens d'étalonnage / vérification sur les instruments de laboratoire
* Faire et enregistrer des observations et des calculs de laboratoire.
* Collecte et préparation des données pour l'évaluation des données
* Archivage de la documentation sur les tests qui ont été effectués
* Effectuer toutes autres t*ches connexes qui peuvent être confiées par la direction.
* Maintenir une zone de travail propre
* Soutenir l'entretien ménager des laboratoires, l'environnement et l'initiative de sécurité
**Qualifications**
* Un diplôme d'associé, un diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent est requis
* 2-10 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de laboratoire GMP effectuant des t*ches progressivement avancées
* Formation aux exigences GMP et ISO
* Capacité à communiquer par écrit et oralement
* Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles

Rattaché à la Direction Financière de la Business Line, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le pilotage de la performance financière de celle-ci.
Vos principales responsabilités incluent :
Encadrer les processus budgétaires et les projections financières court et moyen/long terme.
Analyser les écarts entre les résultats réels et les prévisions.
Produire des reportings mensuels à destination de la direction et du Groupe.
Participer à l'amélioration des processus financiers et des outils de pilotage.
Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et proposer des mesures correctives.

As a member of both the HR Global Operations & Quality and HR International leadership teams, the Human Resources Business Parter (HRBP) collaborates with business leaders, managers and employees across the division/function to oversee end-to-end people management processes in the areas of performance management, talent management and development, leadership coaching, culture, organizational design, employee relations, and change management in order to drive business results. They are responsible for building strong business acumen, client relationships to effectively drive business accountability in the end-to-end people management processes.
Key to this role's success is collaborating with global HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and global HRBPs provide guidance to leaders in support of strategy to enable the growth and scalability of the business. Driving HR alignment of the business and country strategies and organizational capabilities for multi-year growth for manufacturing plant(s), service and repair center(s) and HR management responsibilities for multiple countries in Europe.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Strategy and Talent Management**
+ Provide strategic partnership to the business, influencing people and culture decisions through connection to and knowledge of the business, markets, priorities and strategic plans
+ Review and implement organization and talent strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for the business
+ Work with Talent Management COE and business leaders to facilitate sessions to articulate and grow leadership capabilities within the function
+ Provide group and one-on-one coaching with managers and employees to support leadership development, engagement interventions, business decision-making, and problem solving.

**Organization Design and Change Management**
+ Recommend organization design solutions to meet business needs, while achieving optimal organizational performance and efficiencies

**Compensation Planning**
+ Partner with the business and Compensation on the roll out and maintenance of Integra's job architecture framework

+ Make recommendations on compensation decisions using available tools and resources (market and internal data) and with alignment with Compensation COE, when needed.
**Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition**
+ Partner with the business to assess resource needs based on strategic initiatives and direction. Communicate and create alignment with Talent Acquisition COE on recruiting strategies and to ensure proactive and optimal talent sourcing outcomes
+ Facilitate the selection of high performing and diverse talent to fill critical roles in the organization

**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 10 years of HR related experience, including managing country regulations and People-centered change management activities
+ Fluency in German, English, and French: Must be able to speak, read, and write in all three languages. This includes the ability to conduct business conversations, compose professional correspondence, and interpret written and verbal communications in each language.
+ Background in a strategic HR Business Partner required, experiences in a HR center of excellence including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, or HR operations preferred
+ Proven experience working in a human resources role within a manufacturing or similar workforce environment strongly preferred. Familiarity with managing the unique challenges of hourly workers, including scheduling, timekeeping, and labor relations.
+ Experience with US-headquartered organizations strongly preferred

**Responsabilities**
+ Management of microbiologists and the laboratory technicians: Organize necessary resources to support activities. Ensure that goals and objectives are set and followed for every team member in accordance with companies G&O's.
+ Ensures that adequate Microbiology and laboratory support is provided to production and to open projects / initiatives
+ Ensures that Nonconformances related to sterilization, contaminations and OOS laboratory are initiated, dispositioned, approved and investigated according to plans and in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements
+ Ensures validation and management of Environmental monitoring (clean room, water, air, gas)
+ Ensures validation /revalidation of all sterilization processes (ETO, Gamma and steam), including for new products

+ Knowledge of Medical device standards and regulations such as ISO13485, 93/42 EEC, EUMDR, 21 CFR part 820, ISO 10993-1, ISO 14644 series.
