Eaton's Electrical Sector is hiring a VP GM Medium & Low Voltage Solutions, EMEA. **What you'll do:** This newly established role holds full strategic and operational responsibility for the MLVS business unit, driving growth, profitability, and transformation across a multi-site, multi-country business. As a leader within a newly formed division, they will champion the collaboration and change needed to ensure that this business unit and the ESS division successfully fulfil the ambition to deliver long-cycle systems solution opportunities across Eaton's product portfolio. **Essential Responsibilities** + Oversee all financial aspects of the business unit, including revenue, profitability, and growth, with responsibility for a business of $50M (MV) and additional increment < 50M (LV) sales in 2025. + Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for market growth and profitability of a combined MV and LV portfolio, capitalising on combined opportunities across a solutions portfolio supporting systems and project cycle customers. + Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing, diverse management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In most cases this will be Pune, Budapest or another centralized location. In order to achieve this, activity delivered at the centralized location needs to be standardized. Your Impact

As a Senior  Process / Validation Engineer , you'll be at the heart of manufacturing innovation. You will:

• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a dynamic production environment.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and yield.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and products.
• Lead the development and optimization of new manufacturing concepts, from feasibility studies to full-scale implementation.
• Drive compliance with regulatory standards while introducing advanced statistical process control techniques.

What You'll Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, OR Master's with 2+ years, OR PhD with relevant exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience in process development, equipment selection, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.

Pour l'un de nos clients dans le secteur médical, nous sommes à la recherche de plusieurs Opérateurs·trices en salle blanche : 

• Contrat Manpower
• Durée : indéterminée
• Lieu : Région de Morges
• Horaires : Soit matin, soit soir (pas de tournus)

Au sein d'une équipe dynamique, vous serez en charge : 

• Assemblage manuel de petits composants
• Utilisation du binoculaire
• Travail en salle blanche sur ligne manuelle, semi-automatique ou automatique
• Contrôle visuel
• Suivi des dossiers de lots

Votre profil

• Vous disposez de 2 ans d´expérience dans le montage manuel de pièces de petite taille (domaine horloger, biomédical, électronique etc.)
• Vous êtes véhiculé(e) (obligatoire)
• Vous avez un bon niveau de français : B2 min.
• Vous êtes en capacité de travailler debout toute la journée
• Vous êtes minutieux, sérieux et pouvez suivre la cadence de production
• Ce poste nécessite le port de masque, gants et combinaison
