The role  

As an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers move their workloads to the cloud. You ’ ll guide them in harnessing the full potential of modern and compliant cloud environments, delivering measurable value and driving innovation .

• Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement secure, efficient cloud solutions using Azure services to optimize infrastructure while enabling cloud-native app environments .  

• Drive Operational Excellence: Promote system reliability through continuous improvement with advanced observability and streamline CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.  

• Collaborate to Innovate: Work within cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into cloud-first solutions that drive customer success.  

What’s important to us  

• Strong background in software development, with a solid understanding of various development tools and methodologies

• Experience with Azure services, including IaaS, networking, security, container orchestration (AKS), and serverless computing.  

• Azure certifications and familiarity with the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) are a plus.  

• Experience with automation technologies, such as IaC (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines, with a good understanding of software engineering concepts and practices.  

• Curiosity to learn new technologies , passion for sharing knowledge, and a collaborative approach to problem - solving.  

• Fluency in German and English required .

Dein Profil:

Notre client, une société industrielle, recherche un Manager IT de transition pour accompagner ses projets de transformation digitale.
Vous serez le/la pilote d'équipes pluridisciplinaires et aurez la responsabilité de préparer et de gérer certains projets stratégiques :
Déploiement Windows 11, résilience IT/OT, stratégie Cloud, mise en place d'ITIL et conformité TIC. Manager IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

En tant que Manager IT, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la modernisation et la sécurisation du système d'information. Vous aurez notamment pour responsabilités de :

• Encadrer et fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires (systèmes & réseaux, Cloud & FinOps, DevOps, support utilisateurs).

• Piloter des projets stratégiques à fort impact, tels que :

  • l'amélioration de la résilience des infrastructures IT et industrielles,

  • le déploiement de Windows 11 sur plus de 1500 postes,

  • la mise en place d'un cadre ITIL à grande échelle,

  • l'opérationnalisation de la stratégie Cloud (Azure),

  • la conformité aux normes minimales TIC en matière de sécurité.

• Insuffler une culture Agile au sein des équipes d'infrastructure et renforcer la collaboration avec les métiers et les fournisseurs.

• Garantir la qualité, le reporting et la documentation des projets auprès de la direction.

• Diplôme supérieur en informatique.

• 68 ans d'expérience, dont min. 3 ans comme Manager IT.

• Excellente maîtrise des environnements Cloud (Azure), réseaux, systèmes & sécurité.

• Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets Agile et ITIL.

• Leadership, rigueur, capacité à fédérer dans un environnement complexe.

• Français courant, anglais et/ou allemand est un atout.

Conditions
