**Let's Talk about the Role**
You as Digital Content Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital content across our e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver engaging and effective digital experiences.
**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will achieve this by:
+ Identifying key seasonal projects and developing activation plans with retrotiming.
+ Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution. Briefing copywriting and merchandising teams for asset and product selection.
+ Planning and executing content hierarchy for ad hoc activities (e.g., landing pages, PLP banners, content cards, PDP enrichment). With also the upload of some contents on Shopify.
+ Liaising with external agencies for homepage and landing page execution.
+ Providing homepage structure guidelines and first drafts for landing pages.
+ Overseeing development with front-end teams and support testing for new projects and promotional activations.
+ Analyzing industry best practices and provide insights to improve digital strategies.
+ Supporting reporting activities to track performance and identify opportunities.
**Skills for Success**
You should be a organized and detail-oriented, with:
+ The ability to work in team.
+ The capability to organise precisely the workload with seasonal milestones but also tight deadlines.
+ An understanding of UX and digital analytics.
+ An expertise in digital content.
+ A keen interest in ecommerce environment and digital content.
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing and/or Web/Graphic design are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

- Optimierung von Inhalten für SEO und SEM
- Korrekturlesen und Redigieren von Inhalten (Klarheit, Grammatik, Tonfall und Markenkonsistenz)
- Erstellen von Toolboxen für Kampagnen, Aktivierungen, Sponsoring usw.
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Content-Kalendern und Zeitplänen für Kampagnen

This junior role focuses on processing and reviewing technical content. Here are the main responsabilities :
- Review and process content in MS Word and XML files, ensuring proper structure, layout, styling, markup, and graphical elements within both XML-based and Word-based workflows.
- Deliver consistent and harmonized content with semantic richness to support ballot, editing, and publication processes.
- Structure authors' input to enable the production of high-quality publications and future digital content.
- Ensure that all content meets the required quality standards from a structural and markup perspective.
- Provide guidance and support to subject-matter experts, contributing to their knowledge development in structure and markup practices.
- Actively participate in the development, enhancement, and testing of XML tools, including macros, import routines, and XSLT.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge bases.
- Conduct quality control on converted documents, ensuring accurate tagging, structure, and compliance with harmonized XML guidelines.
- Support the harmonization of workflows between MS Word and XML to enable a smooth transition from Word-based to XML-based processes.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English
- Strong expertise in MS Word
- Programming and coding skills; XML knowledge considered a strong advantage
