Herausforderungen? Als OT Cyber-Security-Experte bist du maßgeblich
dafür verantwortlich, die Cybersicherheit unserer Produkte und
Services in Kundenanlagen sicherzustellen und kontinuierlich
weiterzuentwickeln. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT
und OT und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zum Schutz unserer
Bahnsteuerungssysteme vor Cyberangriffen. Deine Aufgaben -
Architektur & Design: Beratung und Unterstützung bei der
sicheren Gestaltung und Implementierung von OT-Architekturen und
-Lösungen (z.B. Netzwerksegmentierung, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, sichere
Fernzugänge) - Unterstützung bei der Reaktion auf
Sicherheitsvorfälle einschliesslich Analyse, Eindämmung und
Wiederherstellung - Risiko- & Schwachstellenanalyse:
Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Sicherheitsaudits und Bewertungen
zur Identifikation potenzieller Bedrohungen - Fachliche Beratung
interner und externer Stakeholder (Kunden, Projektteams,
Betriebspersonal) zu OT-Cybersicherheitsthemen und Durchführung von
Schulungen und Workshops - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung
gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Industriestandards im Bereich
OT-Cybersicherheit Dein Profil - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind.
5-7 Jahre) im Bereich Cybersicherheit, idealerweise mit Fokus auf
Operational Technology (OT) - Zertifizierungen im Bereich
Cybersicherheit (z.B. GICSP, CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISA/IEC 62443)
wünschenswert - Fundierte Kenntnisse der Anforderungen von
Anwendungen im OT-Umfeld (idealerweise Bahn) inkl. der Spezifika
von OT-Netzwerken und -Komponenten - Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von
Netzwerk- und Systemsicherheit (Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS,
Authentifizierung, Verschlüsselung, EDR) und gängigen
Angriffsmethoden - Praktische Erfahrung mit
Cybersicherheitsstandards und -frameworks wie IEC 62443, NIST
Cybersecurity Framework, BSI IT-Grundschutz - Sehr gute analytische
und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und
lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Erfahrung im Erstellen von
Risikoanalysen und Incidentprävention mit dem MITRE ATT&CK
Framework - Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich

Profile & Skills

Strong knowledge of identity and access management (MS Entra ID).
Proficiency in scripting and IaC tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM, Terraform, Bicep).

Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
