We are seeking an exceptional Staff UX Designer to join our innovative UX & Design team. In this unique and senior individual contributor role, you will report directly to the Head of User Experience & Design, partner with other UX design leads and stakeholders to initiate and drive strategic design initiatives and projects. **Key responsibilities**
+ Strategic UX Leadership: Lead the definition and scoping of UX requirements for various product areas in collaboration with key stakeholders, including product managers and clinicians. Drive strategic design initiatives that align with business goals and user needs.
+ Vision Prototyping and Inspiration: Create and present design solutions and vision prototypes that inspire and align the organization around a cohesive UX strategy. Use these prototypes to communicate the future direction of our products and influence decision-making at the highest levels. This role is instrumental to having UX & Design being a vision setter rather than a UI producer.
+ Cross-Departmental Problem Solving: Address complex design and user experience challenges that span multiple departments and products. Develop holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly across the organization.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and clinical experts, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the clinical application development process. Facilitate workshops and design sprints to gather input and align on design direction.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
+ 7+ years of experience as a UX designer or interaction designer, with a demonstrated ability to lead design projects from conception to execution.
+ A strong portfolio showcasing a range of complex UX design projects and the processes behind them is a must.
+ Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals, Product/Solution Managers, and Architects/technical leads throughout the design process. Skilled in navigating diverse perspectives and integrating various viewpoints into cohesive design solutions.
+ Advanced knowledge and application of user-centered design methodologies, such as prototyping, user journeys, and personas. Ability to tailor methods to suit complex project requirements and stakeholder needs.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
+ Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, working independently to scope and define projects, and proactively drive them to completion.
+ Business English Fluency is a must. Mastery of any other languages is a plus.

**Job Description**
**À propos du rôle:**
Ce poste est orienté sur la mise en place d'un enregistrement informatique des données de production avec un système MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Ces principales activités concernent l'opérationnel, les changements ainsi que la participation aux projets liés à l'amélioration du processus de fabrication.
Le MBR Designer est rattaché au groupe IT Manufacturing. Les principales responsabilités de ce groupe sont de développer les MBR (Master Batch Records) avec le système PAS-X de Werum, de rendre l'utilisation du système MES accessible aux utilisateurs et d'assurer la formation opérationnelle.
L'objectif principal est de garantir l'intégrité, la traçabilité ainsi que la qualité du procédé de fabrication dans les délais impartis.
Les activités du MBR DESIGNER sont principalement rattachées à la production, la purification, le remplissage et le packaging de protéines recombinante issue de la culture cellulaire. Les différents sites de production sont basés en Europe, aux US et à Singapour.
**Comment vous contriburez:**
+ Développer les MBR production.
+ Responsable de la conception et du développement des dossiers de lot de fabrication électroniques et des flux de processus associés.
+ Assure la liaison avec le Global MES Business Analyst, le Global MES MBR Lead et le MES Vendor pour garantir l'alignement des normes pour la conception du MBR et l'utilisation du système.

**What will you do?**
- Work on the creation of product CAD's for seasonal products.
- Work on the creation of season product stylesheets together with the Product Design Manager.
- Work on trend research, product benchmarking research, graphics and colour research with the team.

- Keep all design files organized and well maintained both physically and digitally.
- Keep seasonal product line overviews up to date with most accurate CAD's, colours, product names and info.

Profil
