**Job Summary**
In this role, you will manage and coordinate all orders from external and internal clients. You will ensure orders are accurately entered into the Clinical Distribution system and courier systems, meeting all necessary GMP documentation standards. Liaising closely with our warehouse pick and pack team, you will ensure all orders are ready by the cut-off time and uphold Fisher Quality standards and timelines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with Distribution Project Managers to manage orders through the Distribution Module and courier systems
+ Process orders to meet daily deadlines
+ Ensure the inclusion of all GMP documentation with orders
+ Act as a double check for order approval
+ Maintain the orders inbox
+ Complete all logistics items associated with order processing, including ensuring orders are in the appointed courier system and order container when specified
+ Generate proforma invoices based on approved templates when required
+ Send proforma invoices for site shipments requesting the green light
+ Complete manual pre-alerts where required
+ Manage daily courier operations as detailed in the Courier responsibilities matrix
+ Coordinate with pick and pack to arrange courier pick-up for emergency shipments
+ Provide green light for import shipments for both Fisher Clinical Services Switzerland and Germany, resolving and communicating associated customs clearance issues
**Qualifications**
+ Commercial apprenticeship or comparable education
+ Ideally 3 years of experience in a logistics/freight forwarding environment
+ Proven logistics knowledge, especially in courier management
+ Computer literacy (Excel, intermediate level, ability to work with formulas)
+ Strong numerical skills
+ Outstanding organization skills with the ability to meet daily and monthly deadlines
+ Excellent communication and coordination skills
+ Previous work experience in an administrative/logistics environment is preferred
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing internal and external customer and department requirements daily
+ High level of team motivation
+ Working knowledge of English and German is compulsory for this role

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
As a sales manager, you will be accountable for delivering sales targets and driving business growth in the Kiosk, Financial Services & Transport industries for the assigned territories, which include but are not limited to France, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland. You will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, in particular through the management of channel partners, in order to maximize sales opportunities.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
+ Develop and execute sales strategies and plans, in alignment with the Company's objectives, to deliver sales targets and drive business growth;
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, integrators and channel partners on the market, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships;
+ Understand both the CPI products and their applications to create and deliver value-based sales presentations;
+ Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, from product selection to product delivery;
+ Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers maximizing Company's revenue and customers' experience;
+ Be accountable for all customers quotes (developing, building, negotiating);
+ Develop, drive and maintain a sales and orders funnel for the assigned territories and produce accurate monthly forecasts;
+ Evaluate market trends, monitor sales performances, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities, drive sales growth and optimize sales effectiveness;
+ Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies through continuous learning and networking. Leverage this knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business growth and expansion;
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product management, finance, technical support, customer service, supply chain) to ensure internal coordination, alignment of sales efforts and long-term customers satisfaction;
+ Provide weekly reports and monthly updates for the assigned territories.
**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
We are seeking a results-driven and action-oriented sales manager with a track record of exceeding sales targets and with proven success in driving business growth through existing and new OEMs and channel partners.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
Qualifications and Requirements
+ Master's degree in engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in components sales in the industrial sector;
+ Experience in selling technical solutions in an industrial sector, business to business;
+ Proven track record of successful sales management and consistent overachievement of sales targets, as well as of managing a distribution network at an international scale;
+ Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans;
+ Language: French native, fluent in English, other languages would be a plus;
+ Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferrable), analytics tools (e.g. Qlik) and Microsoft Office suite;
+ Ability to travel up to 60% of time.

**Supply Planning Analyst**
Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting the overall Supply Planning team. She/He will partner closely primarily with the Demand Planning and Replenishment Analysts on the overall S&OP plan for his product scope, but also with Finance, Operations and any other relevant stakeholders. The Supply Planning Analyst also has a specific role within the team to maintain and improve existing reports and implements new ones. She/He will contribute to lead various S&OP projects to support the optimization of existing processes.
**Role and responsibilities**
+ Manage supply chain finished goods inventory levels at the Hub warehouses. Monitor network inventory levels and requirements, replenishing inventory to meet Supply Chain Planning targets including inventory investment, customer service levels and transportation efficiencies. If there is a risk, work collaboratively with the cross functional teams to minimize cost and maximize customer service.
+ Develop ad-hoc and repetitive reports and information tools as requested. Combine data from multiple sources and formats into tools for planning decision support, capacity and inventory analysis, auditing and other purposes.
+ Create finished goods supply plans and partner with demand and replenishment planning on the overall S&OP plan within assigned product / DC portfolio.
+ Review with production sites overall supply plan to ensure sufficient capacity is available to meet global requirements and communicate capacity constraints.
+ Align within the cross-functional teams on decisions that will be presented in the S&OP meeting. Ensure that all inputs needed for the S&OP meeting are available. Coordinate and follow up on the agreed action plans.
+ Define and review all planning parameters (ABC, min/max levels, leadtime, batch size, etc)
+ Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product management, Operations, and Procurement to launch new products on time.
+ Lead projects related to supply planning improvement and harmonization across the network.
+ Depending on the needs of the company, the employee may be entrusted with and asked to perform other tasks related to her/his competence.
**Profile requested**
+ Master's degree in supply chain or equivalent level of relevant experience Certifications/Licensing:
+ APICS certification is preferred
+ 2+ years of demand and/or supply chain planning experience Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:
+ Knowledge of Supply Planning processes.

We're looking for a dynamic **Director Finance, Supply Chain** to take the reins of financial leadership across our global supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with Supply Chain leadership to drive strategic planning, optimize inventory, and oversee logistics and warehouse performance. You'll be at the heart of a multinational environment, shaping financial strategy and influencing business outcomes at the highest level.

**Your key responsibilities**
+ Optimise the supply chain finance processes
+ Coordinate all management reporting and business insights activities as it relates to supply chain management
+ Lead the development and execution of the company's annual budgeting process and monthly, quarterly forecasting cycles in relation to supply chain management
+ Support the business to achieve optimal inventory levels and thereby optimise operating working capital
+ Partner with the business and business controllers to simplify various related processes.

**You bring**
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
+ Leading change: identifies needed changes or directions that need adjustment, challenges assumptions and norms.
+ High level of integrity
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
+ Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly desirable.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years of supply chain controlling experience
