Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers .
Provide technical leadership throughout all stages of client engagement: pre-sales, solution architecture, and implementation.
Act as a key technical consultant throughout the sales cycle: clearly and convincingly present product capabilities and business value to prospective clients.
Work closely with sales, product management, and development teams to design and deliver optimal client solutions.
Oversee the integration and implementation of solutions for clients, ensuring smooth and timely deployment.
Take into account all aspects when developing solutions: liquidity flows, execution models, risk parameters, and infrastructure compatibility.
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation, technical guides, and training materials for clients and internal teams.
Actively identify customer needs and suggest improvements based on feedback and market trends.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess team productivity and customer satisfaction levels.
Represent the company in technical meetings with external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism and technical expertise.

Responsabilità
Responsabilità della corretta industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti, fungendo da focal point per tutti i dipartimenti aziendali coinvolti R&D, Produzione, Product Managers e Qualità
- Coordinamento del team di progetto e partecipazione attiva a progetti interdisciplinari, interdipartimentali e internazionali con focus primario sull'industrializzazione
- Definizione e implementazione di processi di produzione tenendo conto di costi e tempistiche
- Creazione della documentazione di qualificazione e montaggio
- Valutare le richieste di nuovi prodotti (fattibilità tecnica, rischi di scarto e costi, rischi per salute e ambiente, volumi necessari)
- Sviluppo concept di produzione e pianificazione delle linee produttive
- Esecuzione e supporto ramp-up dei prodotti
Profilo
- Formazione universitaria in ambito meccanico o meccatronico
- Conoscenza solida dei principi dell'industrializzazione
- Esperienza nell'applicazione dei principi dell'industrializzazione
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- La conoscenza della lingua tedesca costituirà un titolo preferenziale
- Esperienza in un'attività lavorativa con flussi e processi standard definiti e con l'approccio al continuous improvement
- Capacità di lavoro su diversi progetti contemporaneamente, flessibilità e capacità di gestione delle priorità in momenti di stress (dettato da tempi e costi)
- Capacità di lavoro in team, buone doti comunicative per interfacciarsi con altri dipartimenti e per portare a compimento progetti complessi nei tempi corretti e nel rispetto dei budget
- Mentalità strutturata, capacità di organizzazione, autonomia e solidità professionale
- In grado di prendere decisioni e di creare una buona collaborazione tra team di lavoro differenti
