**Responsibilities**
As a CSA for Business Applications focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will lead technical strategy and architecture for workloads such as Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights. You will drive adoption of AI-infused capabilities including Copilot, Agentic AI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform integrations.
While the focus is on CE, experience or partial coverage of F&O is welcome. Given the customer-facing and transformation-driven nature of CE workloads, this role benefits from a higher level of seniority and strong business acumen to ensure impactful engagement and leadership.

**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**
As an **Enterprise Architect - RISE (f/m/d),** you guide customers digital transformations using cutting-edge SAP technologies, advancing the RISE with SAP initiative, promoting Clean Core principles, and accelerating SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption.
You will utilize internal and external available customer specific information to develop a comprehensive reference Enterprise Architecture - RISE Model for our customers aligning with their business objectives. In your role you work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary team of highly motivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customer's value by driving activities such as:
+ Developing reference architecture and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices
+ Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits from SAP's standard cloud qualities
+ Identify innovation use cases that benefit our customers strategic and operational objectives
+ Advising customer management on architecture and transformation activities
+ Identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks
+ Aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategy accelerating BTP adoption
**YOUR PROFILE**
We are looking for dynamic and advisory minded colleagues from a multi-national environment who can effectively drive standards, organizational change and innovation.
What you will bring:
+ 5-10 yrs. of practical experience from a multi-national environment advising management and work as enterprise architect and/or transformation advisor
+ Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation, aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmaps
+ Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation in a responsible role from process design to after GoLive, ideally incl. support and optimization
+ S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience
+ Professional training and certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect (P_SAPEA_2023), TOGAF) as a plus
+ Solid knowledge of SAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio and their impact on business
+ Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
+ Bachelor or Master's degree in **Informatics, Business Administration or any comparable education**
+ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
+ Strong communication skills also regarding senior management and C-levels, both within an IT team and across business functions
+ Mindset for strategic thinking, continuous learning and business cumen
+ Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment, where you can grow fast
+ Excellent English and German language skills

You will join a friendly and supportive team, working together to bring the latest in disruptive cloud computing technologies to organisations serving our large enterprise customers, including businesses in manufacturing, media, pharma, retail, travel and other verticals. We help customers build a deeper understanding of hyper-scale cloud technology and application architectures, and we need to have the consultative and leadership skills required to drive successful outcomes.
As an AWS Solutions Architect, you will have ownership of the technical relationship with customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency and best-practice architectures.

Basic Qualifications
- Background in any of the following: Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering or DevOps.
- Have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business-fluent English, to be able to drive discussions in a customer organization, as well as the technical background that enables you to easily interact with and give guidance to customers working in operational roles.
- A passion for technology and for learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing, building, refactoring or operating large scale and impactful IT systems - either on premises or in the cloud
- Working knowledge of cloud native architectures.
- Working knowledge of multiple technology domains, such as distributed internet-scale web or mobile applications, DevOps, Serverless, Big Data, analytics, Machine Learning, enterprise workloads (SAP, VMware, Windows etc.), high-performance databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), complex networking implementations, highly secured workloads etc.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- AWS certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional) or other industry certification.
