Job Description
We're at an exciting point of transformation. Today, our platform helps users explore and visualize data through dashboards and a robust library of UI components. Tomorrow, we're reimagining that experience — powered by AI-native workflows and more intuitive, conversational interfaces.

We're looking for a
Product Manager
to take ownership of key areas of our product today, while growing alongside the team into the future. You'll drive projects across internal UI tools, dashboard experiences, and platform-level capabilities that support feature development across the organization.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of product management experience, or 3+ years in a related field (engineering, design, analytics, product ops) who's ready to take the next step in driving end-to-end product work.

Example Projects We've Recently Shipped:

  • A segmentation visualization that helps users quickly pinpoint which groups (e.g. departments, OS versions, app versions) are most affected by an issue — enabling faster root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
  • A new range visualization that displays the median, minimum, and maximum values over time — giving users a clearer picture of data variability and helping them catch anomalies early.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the end-to-end problem definition and prioritization of features, collaborating closely with design and engineering partners throughout delivery.
  • Partner with customers to deeply understand their jobs-to-be-done, map user journeys, and identify friction points and unmet needs.
  • Define and communicate clear problem statements, success metrics, and business cases, working with design to explore solutions and with engineering to validate feasibility.
  • Support the design team in solution exploration, ensuring alignment with user needs and product strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering to plan and deliver scalable solutions that address validated customer problems and improve product value and usability.
  • Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, scope, and quality — balancing customer and business needs with technical constraints and delivery timelines.
  • Write clear, actionable product specifications that articulate the problem, desired outcomes, and success criteria, and contribute to reviewing feature usability, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies with the broader triad (product, design, engineering), including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business IT, Engineering or related discipline).
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Experience in the technology sector, specifically with web or SaaS products.
  • Attention to detail and genuine curiosity for how users interact with data and interfaces.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and translate into clear, compelling product improvements.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with engineers and designers to ship high-quality product features.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience aligning stakeholders and leading through influence.
  • Familiarity with frontend concepts like reusable components, design systems, and layout structures.
  • A self-starter mindset —proactive, autonomous, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Professional-level English (spoken and written) .

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS, internal tools or complex UI environments.
  • Experience building dashboards with tools like Tableau, Power BI or open-source frameworks (e.g., Metabase, Superset).
  • Experience conducting discovery or user research to inform frontend design and interaction decisions.
