Das erwartet dich

  • Als PO verantwortest du die fachliche Leitung der cross-funktionalen IAM Crew, welche für die Weiterentwicklung der Identity und Access Management Lösungen (On-Prem & Cloud) und den reibungslosen Betrieb & 2nd Level Support verantwortlich ist.
  • Du treibst die Automatisierung von IAM-Prozessen und die flächendeckende Anbindung der IT-Systeme ans IAM voran.
  • Als Crew arbeitet ihr gemäss agiler Arbeitsweise von CONCORDIA, welche euch methodisch und mit Tools unterstützt.
  • Du priorisierst das Backlog, schnürst Releases und koordinierst deren Tests und Rollouts.
  • Bei konzeptionellen IAM Themen inkl. Privileged Access Management (PAM) bist du federführend und bildest die Schnittstelle zur IT-Security und IT-Architektur.
  • Du pflegst die IAM Strategie und Roadmap, welche die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Stakeholder – u.a. des Sicherheits-Steuerungsgremium der CONCORDIA – berücksichtigen.
  • Du koordinierst IAM-Schulungen zur Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Compliance-Reports und Auswertungen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption von IAM, PAM inkl. Prozesse, Governance und Architektur.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von IAM-Lösungen in einem hybriden Setup (On-Prem & Cloud).
  • Erfahrung mit dem cloudbasierten Identitäts- und Zugriffsverwaltungsdienst Entra ID von Microsoft ein Plus.
  • Kenntnisse aktueller Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungsstandards bzw. -protokolle.
  • Freude an der agilen Arbeitsweise. Erfahrung als Teamleiter oder Product Owner mit Security Kontext von Vorteil.
  • Hochschulabschluss im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik (Uni / ETH / FH). Weiterbildungen im Bereich der IT-Security erwünscht.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches, strukturiertes und vernetztes Denkvermögen.
  • Teamfähigkeit, hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbständigkeit und Lernbereitschaft.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Konzernsprache). Englischkenntnisse sind erwünscht.

For project Transcend Innovative Medicine (IM). The Business UAM Manager is the business SAP S4 HANA role design architect and supports the build, test, train & deployment of security role design processes.
The candidate is an SAP S4 HANA authorization subject matter expert that will work in close collaboration with the Transcend IM Global Transformation project team and other key stakeholders to ensure a robust, lean and compliant authorization concept is implemented including the deployment of the business user access management governance framework.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct awareness workshops and training sessions on business user access management to ensure thorough understanding of the authorization concept by project team members and business users.
+ Collaborate closely with functional and compliance teams to accurately collect and document business and compliance requirements for role design specifications and audits.
+ Perform health checks on role design before and after role build, following defined project methodology and approach.
+ Define proper risk definition and restrictions including organizational value concept for roles and S4 rule set enhancements.
+ Provide support for testing activities, including BST (Business Scenario Testing) and business UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect management, user cut over, business go-live, and hypercare support.
+ Serve as the single point of contact for role design with the Business and IT Security teams and act as the gatekeeper for the authorization concept.
+ Evaluate, monitor, and ensure adherence to the defined authorization concept. Work with IT Security, business, and compliance teams to translate requirements into technical SAP S4 HANA role implementation.
+ Perform impact assessments on relevant ecosystems affected by the authorization concept.
+ Conduct custom Tcode assessments and provide support for rule set design and maintenance.
+ Collaborate closely with other User Access Management (UAM) workstreams, such as Governance and Tooling, within the TranSCend Pharma project.
+ Support the operational UAM team with project documentation, knowledge transfer, and integration efforts.
+ Assist with general project activities, including resource evaluation, project planning, providing information on key milestones and deliverables, attending project-related workshops/meetings, and contributing to management reporting.
+ Support across different S4 systems and process integrations within S4 for role design, testing, and usage.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 8 years' experience in working for international companies and minimum 3 years` of people management
+ Specialistin SAP S4 HANA authorization concepts and familiar with different compliance requirements such as SoX, GxP, IT and Privacy
+ Experience in SAP S4 HANA Implementation Projects
+ Specialist of SAP GRC Access Control & Process Control and Identity Management tool
+ Good understanding of SOD, mitigation and remediation concept
+ Specialist in the risk matrix/rule set maintenance·
+ Specialist on data analysis, data conversion and migration ·
+ Superb project management skills
+ Strong teamwork in a virtual/remote working environment
+ Good communication, collaboration, presentation, and conflict management skills
+ Great problem-solving skills

**Qualifications:**
