The Senior Director Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will lead the FP&A function for the Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) organization. The role will manage financial management reporting as well as forward looking planning activities in a multinational environment, and will work closely with the Financial and Business Leadership teams to shape and execute the company's financial strategy and drive the business results.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Establish the FP&A department and the relevant processes
+ Work in close alignment with the senior leaders of the business to establish insightful management reporting improvements, incorporating all business segments
+ Coordinate all management reporting and business insights activities
+ Coordinate the planning process and ensure translation of the plans into financial performance indicators.
+ Lead the development and execution of the company's annual budgeting process and monthly, quarterly forecasting cycles.

**You bring**
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

+ High level of integrity
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing, accounting, and financial reporting functions in a multinational environment.

The LGT Capital Partners Private Equity Analyst Program in the Co-Investment Team is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to launch an exciting career with a leading alternative investment specialist focused on private markets.
The Analyst Program is structured as a 2-year full-time employment with the opportunity for outstanding candidates to continue their career at LGT Capital Partners as an Associate. The position is located in Switzerland (near Zurich).
The anticipated start date is 1 July 2026 and the Program starts with a 3-weeks tailored training module and includes continuous on-the-job training.
You will join a team of experienced investment professionals fully dedicated to direct private equity investments. Since 2010, our team has committed more than USD 10 billion to over 350 direct investments globally. Consideration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues is an integral part of our investment process as underlined by our dedicated impact fund focused on direct investments. In our Direct Investment Team you can deepen your knowledge across the entire private equity investment process covering a wide range of industries and geographies in three key areas: co-investments, equity recaps, and follow-on financings.
The Analyst joining the Co-Investment Team will focus on developing the following core investment skills:
Conduct extensive financial, market and business due diligence;
Prepare investment memorandums, including detailed financial models and valuation analysis;
Active participation in investment committee and team meetings;
Attend management and board meetings and participate in site visits;
Pro-actively identify attractive investment opportunities;
Monitor the performance of portfolio investments.
Requirements
Outstanding academic credentials from a leading university at Bachelor or Master level in business, economics, finance or similar;
Prior internship experience in finance, investment banking, PE is a plus;
Solid understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis;
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, with excellent written and oral English skills - other languages are a plus;
Enjoying work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, with curiosity and a good flair for organization.
