**Your new challenge:**
The ADP Switzerland Implementation Consultant is accountable for all aspects of assigned payroll and HR account setup. This includes analysis, configuration, data takeover, validation, issue resolution, parallel run calculation and turnover to client service team (list non exhaustive). The implementation consultant must be capable of successfully implementing new business and existing account reconfiguration (for example, spin offs), ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction and maintaining high productivity regardless of the size, complexity and feature/functionality of the organization. The implementation project is the first interaction between the client and ADP after a sale, so the goal is to build a strong and trusted relationship with clients by seamlessly implementing ADP's products to ensure a long-term successful partnership between the clients and ADP.
**Your tasks:**
+ Adhere to the ADP implementation methodology and tools to implement payroll and HR solutions to new and existing ADP clients
+ Assume responsibility and accountability for the assigned projects
+ Partner with Sales and Client Services to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Client Services
+ Analyze client's payroll needs via the telephone or at client site to determine the necessary set-up
+ Configure ADP Payroll and HR accounts that follow the company guidelines
+ Develop a project plan to ensure successful implementation
+ Communicate client responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks to ensure that solution is delivered on time
+ Formally track issues and orchestrate resolution
+ Prepare client profile/file including all optional features as per sales orders to document the settings and client's specificities
+ Support client through validation and testing as well as support first input
+ Facilitate and schedule calls/visits to accomplish analysis, input training, first pay input, output training, and troubleshooting
+ Provide support until 3 months after the transition to Client Services

What we look for

  • Master's degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records
  • 1-3 years of experience in Big4 consultancies, Strategy Houses or similar department within industry organizations or niche consultancies

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, presentation and communication skills

Your key responsibilities

  • In your role as a (Senior) Consultant, you will work on a variety of M&A and strategy related topics focusing on technology, such as IT due diligence, value creation and strategy projects. Typical project scope include IT operating model design, developing IT integration and separation blueprints, defining and agreeing IT TSAs, designing IT day-1 and day-100 plans;

  • You willbe exposed to a variety of industries (e.G. life sciences, manufacturing, consumer products) working directly with corporate and private equity clients across Europe;

  • You willplay a key role in assessing technical information and financials, providing recommendations, and drawing up plans to transform and execute;

  • You willimplement and execute client recommendation in collaboration with the project teams to fulfill project goals;

Skills and attributes for success

  • A completed business or STEM degree;

  • At least1 year of applicable industry and/or consulting full-time professional experience post-university studies, ideally within the M&A deal lifecycle (IT, HR and/or performance improvement) space;

  • Strong record of leadership, sharp analytical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting;

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, in English. Additional fluency in German, French and/or Italian preferred;
