**Who You Are**

**Required Technical and Professional Experience**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field. Recent graduate with up to two years of work experience.
+ Basic understanding of core services offered by established cloud hyperscalers (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud etc.).
+ Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
+ Understanding of IT operations and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
+ Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in diverse environments.
+ Familiar with New Ways of Working, e.g. Agile, Scrum
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Strong communication skills in English and German
+ Willingness to travel
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
+ Previous experience in consulting is a plus
+ Experience in project management disciplines
+ Experience with various IT Operating Models and building organizations to deploy and support key technologies
+ Certification on key technologies within your platform or area of expertise
+ Ability to articulate key technologies' impact on security, availability, cost, capacity, etc.
+ Applied experience in Agile (Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum)

As a Global Solution Advisor (SA), you will be the go-to person for any solution or product questions within the sales team. Missions :

Vision produit & expertise métier

  • Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins des
    utilisateurs métiers
  • Traduire les attentes en user stories claires,
    orientées valeur
  • Structurer les processus métier et en devenir le
    référent fonctionnel
  • Être force de proposition dans les choix de conception
    fonctionnelle et technique
  • Maintenir un backlog produit aligné avec la roadmap
    stratégique

Pilotage de projets & coordination transverse

  • Élaborer et suivre la roadmap projets : objectifs,
    jalons, ressources
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes
    tout au long du cycle de vie des projets
  • Piloter les livraisons : planification, développement,
    tests, déploiement
  • Garantir le respect des délais, du budget, et de la qualité
    des livrables
  • Communiquer de manière régulière sur l'état d'avancement
    et les arbitrages nécessaires

Qualité, tests et conduite du changement

  • Rédiger et exécuter les scénarios de tests
    fonctionnels (UAT)
  • Valider les livrables et assurer leur conformité aux
    attentes métier
  • Organiser la documentation, la formation et
    l'accompagnement des utilisateurs
  • Collecter les retours terrain pour alimenter l'amélioration
    continue

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans des rôles hybrides
    Product Owner / Business Analyst / Project Manager
  • Solide compréhension des systèmes d'information, API,
    intégrations, et contraintes techniques
  • Très bonne connaissance des enjeux métier, idéalement
    dans les secteurs construction, BTP ou transport
  • Capacité à endosser un rôle de référent fonctionnel
    auprès des équipes et aisance à collaborer avec les développeurs, les métiers
    et les partenaires externes
  • Maîtrise de différentes méthodologies et outils de pilotage
    projet
  • Excellentes qualités d'écoute, de communication, d'analyse
    et de synthèse
  • Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'initiative, et forte orientation
    résultats
