For our client in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a candidate who exhibits a Lean-Agile Mindset and working knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes in an IT service delivery. Additionally, we are looking for someone who speaks fluent English and has experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software and mobile devices.

Your tasks

• Acting as a digital enabler for our business colleagues & functions
• You drive employee productivity through consultancy, provide intimacy and site proximity
  at the sites, and ensure a personalized employee experience.
• You leverage available data (e.g.: Nexthink, SNOW) for proactive support
• You support and manage the Incident/ Request management processes to ensure
  Service Level Agreements are met and drive continuous improvement through trend
  analysis.
• You manage IT hardware lifecycle management & deskside support processes/managed
  services for the site
• You provide support & guidance for onsite services (e.g. events and meetings) by
  leveraging from internal and external providers. Drive the user experience and promote
  best practices
• You drive and enable standard workplace infrastructure, global/local projects, and
  deployments in collaboration with product teams.
• You proactively address and follow through on process-improvement ideas
• You support local audit, inspection and certification requirements
• You support local Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery planning activities

Your Profile

• Excellent working knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes in an IT service delivery 
• Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware, software and mobile devices 
• Enterprise mindset that can break down silos. Focus on delivery through collaboration, and bringing
  people together to work towards the same purpose across organizational boundaries
• Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity and has a strong passion for innovation
• Understanding of supported operating systems, devices and applications, including the
  Google Suite of Applications, MS Office, etc.
• Solid written and oral communication skills in English, German is a plus

As a seasoned IT professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Application Manager and Supporter to join our technology team in Switzerland.

• Drive the development and enhancement of client e-channels (web banking and mobile applications) with our strategic partners Netcetera and Finnova.
• Oversee the bank's analytics and reporting platform based on Qliksense / Apparo and MS SQL server, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
• Design and implement data feeder solutions for the bank's clients utilizing Qliksense.
• Provide first-level in-house support and collaborate with external vendors to deliver exceptional IT value chain services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the IT landscape, including vendor management, and ensure data quality and availability.

• Minimum three years of experience in an IT department within a financial institution.
• Proven expertise in e-channels, data analytics, and reporting solutions, with proficiency in respective coding and database skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a self-starting mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent command of German and English languages; Dutch language proficiency is a plus.

As Senior IT Service Owner , you will oversee and evolve critical IT services in areas such as:

• Client onboarding
• Periodic KYC reviews
• Fraud detection
• Fund transfer compliance

You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across service design, delivery , and continuous improvement , in alignment with ITIL and regulatory best practices.

• Design and improve IT services for compliance-related processes (KYC, AML, KYT, etc.)
• Own and maintain the IT service catalogue and supporting documentation
• Coordinate incident, problem , and change management
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across IT and business
• Respond to audits, manage risk assessments, and ensure access control compliance
• Lead service performance monitoring and SLA reporting
• Manage third-party support and maintenance contracts
• Identify and drive service automation and process improvements

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field ? or equivalent banking education
• Proven experience in IT Service Management , ideally in financial services
• Strong knowledge of compliance processes (account opening, KYC, AML, fraud detection, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITIL practices (certification is a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Fluency in English ; German and/or French is a strong asset
