You bring

  • Strategic Finance Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Head of Supply Chain and STO leadership, driving strategic financial planning, performance management, and investment decisions across the end-to-end value chain.

Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Director of Supply Chain Program Management
to lead our Supply Chain Program Office at our headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all supply chain activities within complex aviation projects, including maintenance, refurbishment, modification, and completions. You will lead a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure that procurement, logistics, inventory management, and tooling are effectively planned and executed. Your profile

  • Lead End-to-End SCM Execution: Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle within each aviation project—from procurement, logistics, and inventory to tooling and delivery—ensuring timely availability and alignment with project goals.
  • Manage and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach, and develop a team of SCM Project Managers embedded in multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring accountability, coordination, and continuous improvement.

The Position

Supply Chain Pharma International ensures reliable supply of medicines to patients across 116 markets with a total population of 6.6 billion people by connecting the needs of our patients and customers to Pharma Technical Operations.

We are looking for a Regional Supply Chain Head to join our team. This role is a critical leadership position focused on driving strategic and operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain for the EU North and South regions and the EU 5 Affiliates (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK, and Canada).

**Position Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Director of Supply Chain Program Management** to lead our Supply Chain Program Office at our headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all supply chain activities within complex aviation projects, including maintenance, refurbishment, modification, and completions. You will lead a team of project managers and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure that procurement, logistics, inventory management, and tooling are effectively planned and executed. **Your profile**
+ **Lead End-to-End SCM Execution:** Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle within each aviation project-from procurement, logistics, and inventory to tooling and delivery-ensuring timely availability and alignment with project goals.
+ **Manage and Develop a High-Performing Team:** Lead, coach, and develop a team of SCM Project Managers embedded in multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring accountability, coordination, and continuous improvement.

**The Position**
Pharma Global Technical Operations (PT) is the organization that manufactures and delivers Roche's groundbreaking therapies to 127 million patients around the world. PT is involved in producing every Roche medicine - from the development process through clinical trials - and continuing to product maturity.
