As Finance Lead Supply Chain, you will provide strategic financial leadership for the global Supply Chain (S&SC) organization by partnering with senior Supply Chain and Finance leaders to drive operational excellence, enable data-driven decision-making, and support Sandoz's long-term growth. You will act as a key member of the Global SC Leadership Team, with end-to-end financial oversight spanning inventory management, warehousing & distribution, freight, and performance management, while championing productivity, financial discipline, and strategic alignment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Strategic Finance Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Head of Supply Chain and STO leadership, driving strategic financial planning, performance management, and investment decisions across the end-to-end value chain.
- Executive-Level Reporting & Forecasting: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for global SC. Provide high-quality financial insights to support executive decision-making and scenario analysis.
- Ownership of Supply Chain Financial KPIs: Drive financial accountability for key metrics including inventory turns, working capital, warehousing & distribution (W&D) costs, freight efficiency, and material write-offs. Challenge the status quo to continuously improve financial performance and resilience.
- Leadership of Operational Excellence & Productivity Initiatives: Spearhead initiatives to improve supply chain productivity, streamline reporting processes, and deliver sustainable cost improvements through cross-functional collaboration and financial analytics.
- Transformation & Benchmarking Leadership: Lead financial aspects of supply chain transformation programs, including digital finance initiatives and external/internal benchmarking to shape world-class practices in Sandoz operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Engage proactively with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance to align on performance targets and drive cross-functional outcomes.
- Governance & Risk Management: Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk oversight across the SC footprint, with a focus on transparency, accountability, and integrity in all financial reporting.
- Talent Development & Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and empower finance professionals within the SC finance network. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and leadership at all levels.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- University degree in Economics/BA/Engineering/MBA
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role supporting global supply chain or manufacturing operations.
- Strong track record in strategic business partnering, financial planning & analysis, and performance management.

- Strong background in launch planning, demand/supply alignment, and inventory management
- Experience in managing complex projects, especially product launches across multiple countries or regions
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry procedures and regulations including cGMPs, cGDP and other regulatory requirements

Für unseren Kunden, mit Sitz im Kanton Aargau, suchen wir ab sofort für einen temporären Einsatz einen motivierten und engagierten Allrounder Logistik / Staplerfahrer (m/w/d) .
Dein Aufgabengebiet- Du bist verantwortlich für die Annahme, Kontrolle, Erfassung und Einlagerung von Wareneingängen sowie das Kommissionieren von Aufträgen
- Du stellst die Ware für den Versand bereit und bewirtschaftest Retouren
- Du erfasst Warenbewegungen mittels mobilem Scanner und bedienst IT-Systeme
- Du führst Wareneingangsprüfungen durch, arbeitest in der Lageradministration
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Logistiker EBA oder EFZ und besitzt mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fachbereich Lager/Logistik

SAP Allrounder (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Logistik,
Produktion und Qualitätsmanagement
(SD, MM, PP, WM, QM)
Aufgaben
- Anwendungs- und Prozessbetreuung für die Bereiche Logistik, Produktion
und Qualitätsmanagement am Standort Allschwil.
- Analyse und ggf. Neustrukturierung bestehender SAP Prozesse und
Aufbau der dazugehörigen Stammdatenstrukturen.
- Unterstützung und Schulung der Endanwender.
- Betreuung und Optimierung bestehender Schnittstellen zu nicht-SAP-Systemen
(inkl. MES, CRM, PIM, Website und Speditionsdienstleister).
- Übernahme von laufenden Supportaufgaben und Wahrnehmung von
Vertretungsfunktionen.
- Einbindung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister zur Unterstützung bei der

- Begleitung der SAP PLM-RD Einführung.

Ihr Profil
- Studium der (Wirtschafts-)lnformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Fundierteres Wissen betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse.
- Erfahrung in SAP-Prozess- und Anwendungsbetreuung (inkl. Customizing- und
Debugging-Kenntnisse).
- Vertiefte SAP-Kenntnisse in den SAP-Logistik-Modulen SD, MM, PP, WM und
QM.
- Kenntnisse zu den Prozessschnittstellen zwischen Logistik und Buchhaltung/
Controlling sind erforderlich.
Kenntnisse von SAP-PLM-RD sind von Vorteil.
Vertiefte SAP-Kenntnisse mit IDocs, insbesondere von EDI-Einrichtung und
Verwaltung.
- SAP S/4HANA-Kenntnisse sowie S/4HANA Implementierungskenntnisse (inkl.
CDS-View- und Fiori-Implementierungen) von Vorteil.
- ABAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Serviceorientiert, umsichtige Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und
kommunikationsstark.
- Gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
