**Position Summary**
As the Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing engagement strategies aligned with our global Talent Attraction Strategy, to attract the best talents for Nestlé in Switzerland. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Attraction Team Lead to develop and implement content strategies for our online and offline channels and create an engaging candidate journey that showcases our Employer Brand, making every potential candidate feel valued and inspired to join our mission.
**A Day in the Life of an Employer Branding Specialist**
+ Design, develop, and implement talent attraction campaigns and initiatives that align with identified talent needs and global strategies to attract the best talent
+ Define initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and experience throughout key touchpoints, reinforcing the Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition.
+ Lead the creation of engaging content (both visuals and copy) tailored for activation across multiple key channels and platforms to support our Talent Acquisition efforts in Switzerland
+ In collaboration with the YOUth Recruitment Partner, develop and implement event concepts for university activities to engage and attract students and graduates
+ Manage and facilitate the timely scheduling and activation of content across targeted channels, ensuring all communications resonate with the intended audience (e.g., Content Calendars, landing pages etc)
+ Contribute to Talent Attraction Projects aligned with the Talent Acquisition Roadmap
+ Track campaign performance and define KPIs to measure impact
+ Work closely with the Talent Attraction Team Lead and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of talent attraction initiatives.
**What will make you successful**
+ Experience in talent attraction, employer branding, recruitment marketing, digital marketing and/or digital communications
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, (Digital ) Marketing, (Digital)Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
+ Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tool including graphic design and video production skills
+ First experience with tools such as Premier Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
+ At ease with social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn, with a passion for positioning and generating new ideas
+ Creative mindset with strong skills in story telling and attention to detail
+ Fluent in English, proficiency in German and French is a plus.

**The Role:**
**The Global Head of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) E-Commerce** is a key leadership role responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Logitech's global e-commerce business. This role focuses on driving online revenue growth, enhancing digital customer experiences, and expanding the company's direct-to-consumer and B2B online presence. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in digital commerce, marketing, and technology; with a proven track record of driving e-commerce growth; capable of inspiring and managing a global team and working across business groups and functions; all in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
This role reports to Logitech's global Chief Commercial Officer. It is based in one of our European offices; and requires significant travel (2-3 times a month within Europe, 3-4 a year beyond Europe).
**Your Contribution:**
**Strategic Leadership:** Define and implement a global e-commerce strategy aligned with Logitech's business objectives, covering revenue, market share growth, and brand development. Identify new markets, products, and innovative growth strategies.
**P&L Responsibility:** Ownership of Logitech.com's profit and loss (P&L), including sales forecasting, budgeting, marketing, and financial analysis to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.
**Technology:** Thought leadership and collaboration with Logitech's Digital Office to implement state of the art e-commerce technologies and tools (e.g., product experience management, AI-driven personalization) to improve efficiency and the customer experience.
**Supply Chain & Operations:** Thought leadership and collaboration with Logitech's SC team to optimize inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain optimization to meet demand and enhance operational efficiency.
**Customer & User Experience (CX/UX):** Champion the online customer journey, from site navigation to post-purchase support, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and mobile-responsive experience.
**Data & Analytics:** Use data insights and analytics to monitor KPIs, understand customer behavior, inform strategic decisions, and continuously improve performance.
**Digital Marketing:** Lead global digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversion for Logitech.com, including LLMO Search, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and affiliate programs.
**Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to global regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards to protect customers and company assets.
**Team Leadership:** Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed team, fostering collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Logitech's regional teams, Business Groups, Digital Office, Supply Chain/Operations, Marketing COE and other teams to ensure alignment on omnichannel strategies and operational excellence.
**Your Qualifications and Skills:**
**Experience:**
+ 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global e-commerce.
+ Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses and driving significant online revenue growth.
+ Extensive P&L management experience.
