Votre mission
- Être l'interlocuteur·rice principal·e de clients dirigeants (CEO, CMO, comités de direction) sur des enjeux stratégiques B2B
- Concevoir des stratégies marketing B2B pointues et actionnables (ABM, CRM, contenu éditorial, plateformes de marque, campagnes multi-canal, go-to market, positionnement, marketing automation)
- Piloter de bout en bout des projets complexes : scoping, pitch, cadrage, méthodes, ressources, budget, livrables
- Manager des équipes, des talents et parfois d'autres chefs de projet
- Créer et animer des ateliers clients (stratégiques, créatifs, co-construction)
- Superviser l'application de méthodes de travail modernes, structurer les process et déployer des outils (Notion, CRM, outils de gestion de projet, automation…)
- Contribuer à l'organisation et à l'efficacité interne de l'agence (organisation, support, veille, innovation)
- Participer à la croissance de l'agence : nouveaux services, développement commercial, rayonnement (conférences, prix, publications…)

Qui vous êtes
Expérience & expertise
- Senior confirmé·e issu·e d'une
agence de marketing / communication B2B et/ou d'une entreprise de consulting - Expérience significative avec des grands comptes et décideurs de haut niveau, dans des secteurs B2B (technologie, industrie, santé, energie, services, finances .)
- Expérience significative en conseil et en gestion de projet (allant jusqu'à l'implémentation de stratégies)
- Solide bagage en stratégie marketing B2B et dans la direction de projets
(acquisition, contenu, tech, CRM, branding, automation, marketing digital, ABM, CRO) - Compréhension complète et maitrise des notions abordées dans notre ouvrage de la B2Bible
- Aisance avec la créativité et l'éditorial
(vous comprenez l'importance du storytelling et du design, et vous savez reconnaître un travail qui mérite un award) - Bonne compréhension des
enjeux technologiques
et des solutions digitales B2B - Certification en gestion de projet = un vrai plus

The open position is funded by the University of Lausanne. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to attend international conferences to present their work, and to travel and learn from leading experts through our wide network of academic and industry collaborations.
Your responsibilities- A minimum of 50% of the graduate assistant's time will be dedicated to the completion of a doctoral dissertation.
- A maximum of 50% of the graduate assistant's time will be dedicated to providing teaching, administrative and research support for the supervisor.
The successful candidate will work on the completion of a PhD dissertation, the content of which will be related to digital marketing and/or new technologies including AI receptivity, social media, or user-generated content.
Your qualifications- Academic degree: You have a Master's degree, or are expected to complete it until the start of the position, in line with the research focus of the PhD, that is, in one of the following fields:
- Management, Marketing, Economics, Social Psychology
- Business Analytics, ideally including Machine Learning or Data Science focus
- Interest in academic work: You have a strong interest in academic research as well as a strong motivation and dedication to start a PhD dissertation in marketing.
- Quantitative skills and statistical knowledge: You have statistical skills, fundamental knowledge regarding empirical research methods, and feel comfortable in handling quantitative data. This can be experience in experimental / survey-based research methods, or experience with unstructured data analysis / machine learning methods (using programs like R, Python, Stata, SPSS).
- Soft skills: You have very good presentation and analytical skills, high self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and a can-do attitude.
- Language skills: You have an excellent English proficiency (French skills are an advantage but no necessity).
- Ph.D. program: You are eligible to enter the PhD program of HEC Lausanne (please check requirements here: ).
