Nous recherchons, pour notre département commercial:Un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Events-Animations à 80% - 100%Le Groupe Téléverbier offre à ses clients (1 million de journées skieurs/an) l'un des plus vastes domaines skiables de Suisse avec ses 38 installations et ses pistes à 3300m d'altitude. En pleine saison, il occupe près de 500 collaborateurs.Nous recherchons, pour notre département commercial:Un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Events-Animations à 80% - 100%Vos missions:- Gérer les événements et animations organisés par Téléverbier SA, hiver comme été;
- Participer au développement de nouveaux événements et animations en adéquation avec la stratégie d'entreprise;
- Coordonner les événements et animations organisés par des partenaires externes sur le domaine skiable pour Téléverbier SA;
- Gérer et développer les animations musicales dans les restaurants du domaine skiable de Téléverbier SA;
- Participer aux comitésd'organisation d'événements selon les besoins et demandes;
- Organiser et participer aux promotions des ventes à l'extérieur (foires, partenariats, etc.);
- Gérer le matériel pourla promotion des ventes et des événements;
- Participer à la création de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux;
- Soutenir le team marketing en fonction des projets et besoins. Votre profil:- Être au bénéfice d'une expérience dans l'organisation d'événements;
- Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités;
- Parfaite maîtrise desoutils informatiques MS Office;
- Très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais et l'allemand serait un atout;

- Très bonne connaissance de la région et du domaine skiable;

+ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in consumer analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within a consumer business or digital marketplace environment
+ Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; proficiency with data visualization tools
+ Creative and collaborative approach to analytical problem-solving

+ _Support the seasonal Go to Market process by coordinating timelines, tools and cross-functional inputs to ensure smooth and timely execution._

+ _Support data entry and set-up of sales tools, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of product and marketing information across platforms._

+ Support EMEA Path of Service Coordinator in managing Path of Service program in EMEA
+ Manage internal communication to engage employees and external business partners in service activities (i.e. Path of service monthly newsletter, celebration of 40 hours club)
+ Represent Timberland in internal events acting as a CSR and service champion

+ Help re-build and refresh the main Sales Reports that the EMEA extended Sales Team need on a daily basis (Prebook Report, Sell-Thru report etc).
