Dow Consumer Solutionsis seeking a highly motivated, strategic and customer focused individual to fill an open position ofGlobal StrategicMarketing Directorto lead Industry and Chemical Processing Market.
This role will report to Dow Consumer Solutions Global Marketing Director and be in key Dow sites, includingMidland, Houston, Wiesbaden, Seneff, Horgen, Tokyo, and Shanghai.

This position will be responsible for driving global strategy definition, implementation and value growth for theGlobal Dow Consumer Solutions Industrial & Chemical Processingteam. We are seeking a strong leader that can develop and implement a significant growth portfolio focused on new and innovative opportunities.
Beyond strategy definition and implementation, this individual will lead the Global cross-functional Market Management Team (MMT) to implement the strategy and growth portfolio. But also representing I&CP in Global Leadership team for strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
+ Develop and implement a global marketing strategy for I&CP that aligns business priorities and market dynamics.
+ Balance regional ownership and agility with global portfolio rigor to drive sustainable growth.
+ Accelerate PFAS replacement portfolio realization in ICP. Oversight the PFAS replacement commercialization and acceleration for whole DCS portfolio in PFAS replacement PMO. Define the acceleration strategy to defend and grow, ensuring alignment with regulatory trends and customer pull.
+ Build Strong Global ICP Virtual Team with vision and common goals to deliver strong growth cross regions through GMMT.
Market Development
+ Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in fragmented and channel-driven markets.
+ Build frameworks to support regional execution while maintaining global consistency.
+ Champion customer segmentation, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs.
+ Build value proposition and competitive advantage for ICP to compete strong globally.
Portfolio & Innovation Strategy
+ Partner with R&D, TS&D, and commercial teams to shape the innovation pipeline for I&CP.
+ Drive commercialization of sustainable and differentiated solutions, including PFAS alternatives.
+ Lead portfolio optimization efforts to ensure relevance, profitability, and alignment with future market needs.
+ Strengthen go-to market approach with new business models, including digital and partnership to manage long tail.
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure strategy execution.
+ Engage with external stakeholders including regulators, industry bodies, and key customers to shape market direction.
+ Represent I&CP in cross-functional forums and global leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
+ A minimum of a bachelor's degreeorrelevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 rankingorCanadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
+ 15+ years of experience in commercial management, strategic marketing, preferably in specialty chemicals or industrial segments.
+ Proven track record of leading global marketing strategies in complex, fragmented markets, global scale.
+ Deep understanding of channel dynamics, regulatory environments, and sustainability drivers.
+ Deep understanding in Silicone Industry or Chemical, Processing and Industrial Additive end market.
+ Proven record of virtual leadership or people leadership. Strong influential leadership, resilient, and organization engagement capabilities.
+ The ability to work legally in the country for which you are applying. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.

The
Director - International Marketing
will be a critical member of the International Commercial team at Madrigal who will help build the future of Madrigal. This is truly a unique opportunity to plan for and launch a potential first-to-market therapy with blockbuster aspirations alongside a high-performing team committed to making a difference for the betterment of patients living with MASH.

In partnership with the International Commercial Operations and Strategy team, this individual will be responsible for supporting International commercial activities during the launch and commercialization in the MASH disease area.

This marketing leader will be required and empowered to work cross functionally to shape brand strategy, build effective tactical plans, create actionable project plans, manage budgets and timelines effectively, and deliver high-impact fit-for-purpose solutions that are supported by leadership and cross-functional partners. The role works closely with the International country teams and global counterparts to develop and execute clear, concise and actionable plans, optimizing the launch and commercial successes across the region.

Job Requirements:

Develop and deliver on the International operational plan, specifically:

  • Develop operational and tactical plans in collaboration with markets and global commercial leads
  • Lead on providing International market insights for the development of the Global brand plan
  • Work closely with global teams to define market research objectives to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and incorporate competitive insights into the International strategic plan
  • Lead and deliver International commercial congress plan in close collaboration with medical affairs
  • Deliver media strategy for above market presence
  • Implement regional level multi-channel communications and programs
  • Deliver International compliant promotional materials and assets
  • Partner with field teams where needed to ensure strategy pull-through and clear understanding of HCP segmentation and customer journey concepts
  • Manage agency partners ensuring that timelines, budget, and resources are aligned to commercial and corporate objectives
  • Capture, communicate & address launch learnings between markets and Global
  • Act as point of contact for GMs and country commercial teams on brand strategy
  • Align commercial NIT strategy with tactics across markets working closely with Global lead
  • Collaborate closely with commercial operations on forecasting and account management model pull-through, including Marketing KPIs
  • Ensure selling model consistency, soft skills training, and expert led training plan for region including providing marketing training to external distributor partners

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA or Masters preferred
  • 7+ years of diverse biopharmaceutical commercial or marketing experience (required)
  • Experience successfully leading marketing operations during time of product launch in past 5 years
  • At least 1 specialty launch in the past 5 years (required); subpart H experience is a plus
  • Experience in smaller company (or team) environment is a plus
  • Must have direct experience with promotional review committee operations and Veeva PromoMats
  • Robust experience in digital / non-personal promotion and customer analytics is a plus
